With congress elections brewing in the brim, we are now launching the biggest project of this term yet. Introducing the social devlopment fund.
WHAT IS IT?
The SDF is a fund established through treasury money to assist budding citizens to train and grow at an optimum pace.
HOW WILL THE DISTRIBUTION WORK?
The fund distribution will be done through job salary. All selected individuals will be given a link to join up a job. They will then receive a salary starting from 500 going up to 2000 cc. The process is very simple. You turn up for work, you get the salary.
HOW WILL THE SALARY BE DETERMINED?
The salary of each individual would depend on his assigned grade. A grading committe under the Labor ministry will grade all applicants. The grading criteria is complex and cannot be detailed here. The criteria and salary bands are subject to change.

R0________ 150 _____ Probation period. Under review. Max 2 days
R1________ 500 _____ Grade 1. For new entrants.
R2________ 750 _____ Grade 2. Credibility established
R3_______ 1000 _____ Grade 3. Established and trusted
R4_______ 1500 _____ Grade 4.
R5_______ 2000 _____ Grade 5.
WHAT IF I DONT LIKE THE GRADE ASSIGNED TO ME?
Grading decisions by the committe can be appealed to the Labor minister. His decision on the matter will be full and final
ARE THERE ANY CONDITIONS ATTACHED?
Ofcourse. The SDF is established for a certain purpose. That purpose is to help you train most. Any one receiving the fund will be expected to train a minimum of 23 strength daily. You will also be expected to complete the Daily MU Orders every day. That means 1 bazooka + 1 candy daily. You will also be expected to save your bazookas and not fire them until explicity ordered.
HOW CAN I WORK UP THE GRADING LADDER?
If you stick to the conditions described above, Show activeness, Participate in the community, follow orders of your commanders, you will gain reputation and grade.
WHEN AND HOW CAN I APPLY?
Within the next 3 days. You will be told how through a follow-up article.
WHAT IF I DONT LIKE YOUR IDEA?
That would be your problem not mine

It surely is an excellent plan. however, i have a couple of comments or thoughts you might say.
1) In the long run,consequences of this plan could be damaging for the healthy business competition within ePakistan (Since it will be hard for any private individual to attract employees).
---A possible solution could be to keep this plan only for the citizens under a specified level(excluding seniors)
Its just a concern, but nonetheless, It is a great plan to keep new players active.

i dont think that businesses will go down with this plan.
there is already over-production in erep, and once we are able to play with taxes, then we can easily manipulate our product markets.
but with this plan, i think sole aim is to prepare the medium size of military force which can be deployed at anytime.
furthermore if all the players have the direction, then most likely it will help us to excel in other departments of games, such as political issues ( pto etc..)
yammma yammma but first it is required to upgrade training ground,that will take time untill next discount offer arived.....still there will be very less in numbers who will able to upgrade because of gold shortage...not many of citizens qualify for this idea like me......otherwise no doubt idea is great

yeah training idea is very expensive. i get 16 strength per day to get 23 i have to u upgrade my second training ground to q3 which will cost 39.2g and i have 12.1

Answering all concerns.
1. The number of slots will be limited (because of budget limitations) so it would affect our job market by much. And yes I did consider a limit based on experience but opted not to formalize it. It would rather be a judgement on whether one person needs the social fund more that another
2. I know you will have to upgrade your Training Centre's. And this condition is quite deliberate. Anyone who has not upgraded TC's is loosing out.
There is second part to this scheme not published yet. Based on Grade, the government will also supply loans for upgrading TC's. And we have a private benefactor who is also willing to provide loads for the same purpose.
If you have upgraded TC's the cost per strength drops down dramatically, primarily because you get more medals per month.

just a wild idea... why not bound the ppl from grade 2 and above to give jobs to pakistani ppl via pakistani market @ atleast 250 PKR per job ... they are already earning enough to sustain so this will not effect their wealth... plus our govt will earn a lil via tax n that person will be able to generate more goods from his factories, which he will either sell in pakistani market (more tax) or use for himself.. so it would be a win win condition. plus they should be bound to sell the goods cheap

vrsoldiers : the idea is alright and most of all I appreciate the fact that you are thinking and presenting. So keep doing that.
The primary reason we are giving high salary is to enable low earners to do gold training. Any left over they would use to pay back loans/ upgrade TC / buy weapons for daily orders etc. If they have pay a loss making salary to another person, we can do that ourselves too.
Plus note that anyone can get a 290cc salary in China anyway.
