This article is a continuation of [Introducing Civil Services of ePakistan]. If you have not read the previous article, this may seem out of context to you.
To explain how the CSP structure would work, I drawn out below one of the processes involved. This is a typical hiring process and is quite self explanatory.
The only thing I may add is that in the beginning the department chiefs may have to fullfill the role of recruitement officers themselves. Once the process is matured, hopefully we wil have different guy for each role.
Now as a first step to CSS, I am going to advertise the very first job opening in the newly established services.
Services Job Opening
Title: ATO Officer
The requirement for an ATO officer is extremely imenent. We will very soon have a long awaited congress election and require to weed out any existing fake voters and those created from now until the 25th.
Role & Responsibilites:
The role of the ATO officer is to ensure the integrity of elections by reporting and removing any possible fake voters. This role require continuous monitoring of new comers and a periodic or continuous reporting of suspected accounts. Formal responsibilities include,
1. Combing for suspected fake accounts.
2. Monitoring newly created accounts through 'maxihellas' and logging all suspected accounts in a shared db.
3. Reporting and following up on suspected account and updating shared db on status for purpose of collaboration.

Minister of State
Salary & Benefits:
Each ATO Officer will be paid a monthly salary of 2000 CC. This is subject to approval from his supervisor on the duties being performed correctly.
In addition to the fixed monthly salary, ATO officers will get 100 CC bonus for each account that is succesfully reported and banned. This bonus amount will be shared equally amongst the ATO team, what ever the size of it may be. The bonus can only be given to officially appointed team members.

- You must be at least moderately active on #epakistan (IRC)

oi already hiring I thought there was supposed to be a 5 day debate first!
@av : this is for two reasons
1. so people can understand the whole picture through a use case.
2. hiring ATO officers is priority no.1, we need major clean up done before 20th. There must be 3 months of crap in the system already. After that we can concentrate on daily entrants.
The discussions on overall structure, roles and responsibilities will continue. We are not locking in anything yet.

gr8 idea but i think salary is too low .salary should be minimum 10 k or 5g .bcz you work for plato for 30 days and he gives u a hard worker medal + 5g ....
