تحية لكل مواطن فى طريق الاستثمار
احب اوضح طريقة وضع المرتبات
خاصة للمواطنيين الجدد فى هذا المجال لعدم خسارتهم فى بادية الطريق

أحسب بالطريقه هذه
اولا لازم تعرف سعر المنتج فى السوق وسعر المادة الخام
بعد كده تحسب اجمالى سعر المواد الخام المستخدمة للانتاج
مثلا المنتج فى السوق ب 0.23 والمادة الخام ب 0.05
انت هتستخدم 100 مادة خام ب 5 جنيه علشان تنتج 100 منتج هتبيعهم ب 23 جنيه
الفرق بين السعرين ده = نسبة ارباحك + مرتب العامل
ال18جنية= نسبة ارباحك على 100 منتج هنقول مثلا 8 جنيه + مرتب العامل هنقول مثلا 10 جنيه
تقدر تغير فى نسبتك ومرتب العامل بدون ماتتعدى ال18 جنيه
غير كده يبقى انت بتخسر وتدفع من جيبك
الناس اللى بتحط مرتبات عاليا دى بتكون مطورة الشركة اوى
انتاجها بيبقى عالى فبالتالى ارباحها كمان
ده غير زيادة الانتاج اللى بتبقى مجود فى بعض المناطق عن التانيه
ده غير نوع انتاج الشركة من المواد

فائدة الموظفين انهم لازم يشتغلوا عندك علشان تنتج
هتقول لى انك بتنتج من غير موظفين
هقول لك انت بتنتج وبتدفع ضريبة العمل كمدير
ولو قمت بتعيين موظف تقدر تنتج تانى فى نفس اليوم من غير ضريبة العمل كمدير لان العامل حصل على مرتب ، اللعبة مش هتخليك تدفع مرتين
هكذا هتنتج مرتين فى اليوم

للإنتاج عن طريق العمل كمدير يجب أن تكون في المنطقة التي تقع فيها الشركة
للإنتاج من خلال الموظفين، ليس من الضروري أن تكون موجودة في منطقة الشركة
