1st - Western Siberia (Russia vs. Lithuania)
Help our Russian allies!

2nd - Jeollanam-do (South Korea vs. Taiwan)
Help our Korean allies

3rd - Center West of Brazil (Brazil vs. Spain)
At least do something

*All other campaigns are close to completion, so fight in those ones last
