[Speaker] Confirming dissolution / August opening session
Sir Humphrey Appleby
Afternoon gents o/,
I apologize in advance of several uncommon moves felt necessary by the chair this session. Members will forgive me if I ask they read this article carefully before posting their reaction to the thread.
I further apologize for using my own paper – only I know the password to the Speaker Org and I doubt Alfa would mind me still using it. However I'll not take the risk of a ban/freedom points if he randomly changed his mind (especially given the comments below).
It is unavoidable that this elected parliament either confirms or denies support for the dictatorship. It is a necessary act to clarify the intentions and expectations of this House, particularly as they have essentially no right to vote on anything else other than the dissolution of the thread opened for them.
I have reserved and used my own right to slam the doors of this Chamber in Alfa’s face and open the Commons thread anyway; until he can command it’s confidence. This will be interpreted by the chair as winning the motion that will be put to MPs tomorrow:-
>That this House supports the dictatorship and confirms dissolution
I am aware this is fairly audacious on the part of a supposedly impartial chair. Having been talked down from resigning outright (as I resigned my seat at the start of the coup) I will simply offer election to whoever feels they could contest it.
ADMINISTRATION
Weapons Import Tax - 1 --> 99% - (Accepted - Alfag)
Issue Money, £80,000 for 400g - (Accepted)
Latvian NE - (Rejected - Alfag)
CITIZENSHIPS
Laurentiu L - Accepted by Alfag
There will be a further announcement later tomorrow.

the chair is aware and humbly points out this session is the first since the last closing article
further if you could stand outside until this house votes on your government...

This House does not need your permission to vote for you to confirm your own dictatorship
Unless you or anybody else is prepared to contest the Chair itself, this parliament is not quite dissolved

yes I thought you'd say that

as an expert on egomania I welcome your candidacy
in the meanwhile you will kindly step outside with the door in your face
I expect the Speakership is less expensive if you're determined for it Alfag.
