Good day fellow citizens of this beautiful nation! Today I bring to you my finalized cabinet, should I be elected these will be my ministers:

Prime Minister: Akane Homura
Minister of Foreign Affairs: Kind Dioist
Minister of Defense: Fumihito
Minister of Culture, History, and Education: Senry
Minister of Finance: Metehan2010 (Guv'na)

Not a ton for education to do nowadays. Initially it was MoCHE and separated when eJapan got bigger. Since we're small again it makes sense to go back.
