Only a few people still remember it but there used to be a list of the people who were Persona Non Grata in eBelgium.

On this list, only the worst criminals were added and it was the hell of a process to put someone on that list. In fact only a really restricted number of people were ever added on that list before it was suppressed.

For instance, the last person who were added on that list were culprit of stealing the treasury, abusing of his Ministry of Finance access to the national orgs. He was so evil that he had even been able to escape the terrible justices, corrupting them (I do not see any other reason, he probably used the money he stole from the state I guess) and was never condemned for his crimes.

Therefore, I would like to propose to elect the worst criminal that has ever walked on this eLand and has been added on the Persona Non Grata List.
