Greetings and Salutations, Comrades.

I want to start this first Chairman's Message by thanking you for electing me to be Chairman of the Revolutionary Committee and President of the Socialist Freedom Party once again. This is my third term in a row and my eight term serving as the party's helmsman. This is a special record to me, as I have now passed the number of total presidential terms of the man who got me involved in SFP way back in 2009, Mark Valshannar. Thank you for that honor, brothers and sisters.

As stated prior, the number one goal of this term will be to continue our push to the Top Five. We will do that by continuing to recruit both rookie and veteran players of eRepublik. We will strengthen our party communications and media departments with official weekly party updates like this one you are reading now to help get the news out about how awesome SFP is and why people should be joining. Everyone wants to be associated with a winning team, so we will continue to field candidates for Congress and show our massive voting strength during the Congressional elections, drawing more people to our ranks. Finally, by the end of this term, I hope to roll out an renewed Young Socialists program, to assist in helping party members new to eRepublik learn the skills necessary to lead a successful eLife.

But first, we turn our attention to Congressional elections. As per order of the Constitution of the Socialist Freedom Party, Section 12, subsection 3a, the Revolutionary Committee of the Socialist Freedom Party officially opens the Call for Congressional Candidates for the upcoming July through August 2015 term.

If you are interested in competing for a spot in the Congressional Congress vote next week, please state your intent and provide a manifesto here.

This Call shall be opened until July 20th, at which time, Voting will commence to democratically selected our Congressional Candidate(s).

Multi Hunting

In recent articles I have made a call for citizens to hunt and report multis. One citizen took that call to heart and earned 75 gold, which s/he refused to take. To me this is a citizen who understands Socialism in this game, s/he jumped voluntarily in with both feet and started whacking multis. They have had such good luck I had to ask how they accomplished it, here is how they hunt multis.

The hunt for multis can be difficult, but one Hunter has had some great luck getting them banned. As you can see from the links above in the last few days s/he has gotten many banned. So I asked them how they did it and the answers to my questions are listed below.

Q1: You seem to have great success in reporting multi accounts. When is the best time to report multi accounts?

A1: There is no rule of thumb. Despite that these tickets have high priority it takes sometimes even 24 hours until the job is done.

Q2: When submitting a Ticket Admin likes no more than 10 accounts per ticket. What other secrets of submission should we know?

A2: Don't just send a wall of 10 links, write why you think they are suspicious. Like these here:

Created the same day, similar name, similar friends list, similar strength development! Don't report level 1 strength zero, no activity accounts - it's a waste of your time and admin time.

Q3: It seems obvious to me that this is a multi yet we have been unable to get it banned. Why do you think Admin doesn't ban an account when they see a report on an account like this one http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/8734544. How would you report this citizens?

A3: This one doesn't look suspicious to me, at least not a lot. You can compare his profile data with the egov4you database: http://www.egov4you.info/citizen/history/8734544 It's not unusual behavior so far. Maybe he's a multi-wizzard xD

Q4: Besides Political Parties where else should we look?

A4: MU are a good and easy ground to hunt, large MUs especially. You first need to join the MU, ofc. Then you can see the last activity and hits of the account. You go through the battalions and search for patterns. For example: 2 days ago I've submitted a ticket with 9 profile links in the USAF. They were all about lvl 20, but in different parties or without party activity, a few or no friends. What was in common: all were last time active 12 days ago, that was the day of the Potus election. All 9 were permabanned - 100% success. Just don't be discouraged if your ticket(s) don't result in bans; multies are created in large numbers every day. A good tool is this one http://ereptools.tk/newbs/ on Mike Ontry's website, use it to your advantage.

Q5: You mentioned egov4u. How do you use that site to hunt?

Q5: That site is great to have an insight into the suspicious accounts when you don't have insight into their gameplay. You can search them by account number and see their activity history. Multies are used for different purposes: to improve party rankings, deal damage, rig elections or for farming. Only bots are used for these combined. Remember: nobody starts this game with two-clicking only on election days 😉 That makes egov4you very useful.

The biggest debate going in Congress at the moment is whether or not the American Taxpayer should foot the bill of 105,000 CC for the government military to maintain the United States Armed Forces (USAF) and Arm America (AA). Currently the USAF is filled with D3 and D4 soldiers who can supply themselves, they have virtually no D1 and D2 soldiers -who need the supplies- in their ranks; AA is only open during what the government decides is a critical battle. Personally I have been advocating the de-funding of the USAF and AA, but if the USAF was restructured to house D1 and D2 citizen -forcefully removing any soldier above D2- and is used as a Training MU I would support funding the USAF; however I will not support funding AA in any form other than direct requests to the SCI.
