citizen reports a quotation of a private discussion, it goes without saying that the action has not been
approved by the reporting citizen.
(Citarea unei discuţii private fără acordul tuturor părţilor implicate este interzisă. Dacă un cetăţean
raportează o citare a unei disctuţii private, nu este necesar să afirme că acţiunea respectivă nu a fost
aprobată de cetăţeanul care a făcut raportul.)

4) multiple posting in a short period of time (postări multiple într-o perioadă scurtă de timp)

p.s: traducerea regulilor este una personală şi nu este cea oficială, iar cea de la spam este făcută de seeinvoices (mersi) aşa că vă rog să o luaţi ca atare. La sfârşitul articolului găsiţi un mic dicţionar pentru câţiva termeni.


Ce vreau să spun prin acest articol:

1. Articolele precum http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/accidentarea-capitanului--783141/1/20, sau cele care prezintă bancuri pot fi acuzate că încalcă regulile eRepublik, aşa cum reiese din regulile de mai sus. E discutabil dacă se poate găsi o legătură indirectă cu eRepublik.
2. Articolele de genul "Vând food Q1" nu pot fi considerate spam. Evident că şi aici este de discutat pentru că un număr exagerat de postări duce la spam. Ce-nseamnă un număr exagerat de postări? Nu ştiu. Se poate stabili un număr maxim de articole pe zi (să zicem 3 articole), aşa cum este la shout-uri spre exemplu. Care este numărul optim? Nu ştiu, se poate discuta.
3. Comentariile de genul "vând food Q1" în fiecare articol din presă pot fi considerate spam şi ar trebui tratate ca atare. Cred că este destul de clar faptul că acestea sunt mesaje nesolicitate care nu au legătură cu articolele în care se postează aceste anunţuri. Da, este o diferenţă între un articol publicitar şi un comentariu publicitar, şi cred că este destul de clar care dintre ele poate fi considerat spam.

The meaning of this article:

1. The articles like the following: http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/accidentarea-capitanului--783141/1/20 , or those with jokes are breaking any the eRepublik rules. Still, some of them might be related indirect to eRepublik.
2. The articles like "I sell food q1" can't be considered spam. It is true that posting a lot of these articles may result in spamming the media. What's "a lot"? I don't know. We (or hopefully the admins) can settle to a maximum number of articles per day (like, let's say, 3 articles), like in shouts.
3. The comments like "I sell food q1" in every article in the media is spam and they should be treated as such. I think that is pretty clear that they are unsolicited responses to the article, not being related to it. Yes, there is a difference between an advertising comment and an advertising article, and I think that is clear which is spam and which is not.

For those who will post unwanted messages like advertisements (spam) in this article (and not exclusively) I can only say that I'll report them for spam. Regardless of the admins' response I'll keep doing this because I strongly believe that the time has to act like true citizens of the most important country in eRepublik.
