The United States (eUSA) and China (EC), in the interest of repairing good will between both countries, hereby agree to an Agreement of Neutrality between our two nations.
美國(eUSA)與中國(eC)由於都想修復彼此間以往的良好關係，因此兩國在此達成了中立協定。

Wherein neither shall support a resistance war against the other, and maintain open and friendly communications in order reestablish the once rich friendship both countries shared. Both countries agree not to allow an Airstrike by a third party on original, rented or conquered regions of eUSA and EC.
兩國都不應該支持抵抗另外一方的起義戰，並且常保友善且開放的溝通管道以重建兩國曾經擁有的友好關係。兩國都不同意將對方原有、租借或征服之領土作為空襲的目標。

The initial term of this Agreement is two months starting from the Effective Date. This Agreement shall automatically renew thereafter for discrete terms of two (2) months. If either eUSA or EC want to renegotiate this agreement a notice must be sent and both parties will cooperate for an agreeable solution after which this agreement can be modified by mutual consent.
本合約的第一期為兩個月，由生效日起開始計算。本合約將以兩個月為個一周期自動續約。若某方欲更改本合約，必須先行通知對方，並共同合作以找出可行之道，以確保此合約之更改被雙方所認可。
