My Dear Countrymen!
Hemanathan who is heading all IA departments have more or less settled on his teams and plans to start with. Which is to say that nothing is written on stone and its on flexible and we will change and modify it as things move forward.

As of now there is a babyboom team including: Ankita, Forter & Goutham with Hemanathan leading it fromt he front.
This is plans to make poster and banners and paint the social media sites with them. God bless the team and hope we have som success.
Hemanathan appeals to all eIndians to come forward with ideas and proposals to make it a success.

The retention team includes the core team with Anuj & Ubercool again headed by HemanathanKumar.
The plan is to have 3 teams:
Team 1 will track the newbies list and will pass on team 2
Team 2 will send a inviation message about Retention programs we undertake
Team 3 is mainly mentors where they will help newbies in understand about game and govt. plans to help newbies in their early days
So far for Retention, we have got few ideas, which are related to mentors, we will try to (explain them in fuller details later) execute them and see how it goes.

Once again we desparately need more mentors and team members on this department and our goverement considers this to be the most important task for the govt. So please come forward to be a part of your team and give eIndia the effort it deserves from you.

eIndia rocks, we know it, and now lets get the world to accept that as well.
