Dear fellow citizens,

As said before i am running for reelection of President of the UNL. Here you can see my qualifications as too what I have done in the past during my career as public servant.

Phoenix and Daily Battles



We are part of Phoenix and this has brought us much fun (invasion of the UK and our attack on Poland) and also provides us with the best protection around (Hungary, Russia and Serbia). However, we come in a time where fighting wars is becoming to risky because of the activation of those MPPs. Therefore I have been lobbying and will continue to do so for a Phoenix Training War (TW) where we can participate in. This would provide us with daily battles and in the mean time not harm our Allies.

Belgium

Like I said before I do not consider myself an Unionist BUT i do consider myself a Realist. Reality is that Belgium is right now an independent nation with a functioning government. Does this mean that the Union is dead? No, Belgium and the Netherlands merged to begin with because we BOTH benefited from it. Paying for MPPs, providing daily battles, having a government that functions with active people, providing jobs are much easier to accomplish with a bigger population and makes the game more fun for all of us.



However, I fully support that the current government is taking a referendum (make sure to vote their as well). We can’t wait forever for the situation in Belgium and the nations around us to change. Unlike Belgium right now we, the Dutch part of the UNL, make daily sacrifices such as paying for the Belgian State Companies, having a different name and with everything we do keep the Belgians in mind. I am not saying that it is a bad thing that we do that but in Erepublik things change fast and waiting 6 months to reunited is too long in my eyes.

Babyboom



I remain committed and active in the recruitment of new players. However, increasing the amount of new players being born each day is extremely difficult and above all time consuming. The bigger media still haven’t all be reached and I want to continue working on that. Right now we are steady at 1200 so now it is time to increase it to the 2000 and beyond.

Transparency
During this last month I have published a lot of articles about what is going on the government but also within Phoenix. I did this because I believe that I have you all know what is happening behind the stage you are also more interested to get more involved. So if I get elected you can continue to expect updates and thereby increasing transparency.

So on election day I urge you to vote for Mitch Rapp and help me make a better United Netherlands!
