Al Raposas, with running mate Liana Paldrov, steps up their campaign by going to Vigan and Puerto Princesa to rally supporters. From the beginning of their campaign, the LAKAN-KBP standard bearer held the slogan Power to the people which he states as the overall total of his ideology and platform. He called on for promotion of individual achievement.
