President of eSpain talks about Spain, Portugal, Croatia, EDEN and more! [PT/EN]

Boa tarde ePortugueses . Hoje o The Global Moustache teve a honra de entrevistar Warm 2, recente eleito presidente do nosso país vizinho, a eEspanha, numa entrevista em que como não poderia deixar de ser, falou-se também de ePortugal. Penso que nestes tempos conturbados, é importante saber o que pensa o maior rival em relação ao nosso ePaís.

Deixo então a entrevista na íntegra, traduzida para Português.


SR: Boa tarde! Em primeiro lugar, muito obrigado por aceitar ser entrevistado e os meus mais sinceros parabéns em relação à sua grande vitória nas eleições. Agora que é o presidente de uma das nações mais poderosas do eRepublik, sente-se seguro que não irá desiludir as espectativas dos eEspanhois?

Warm 2: Muito Obrigado. Tenho a certeza que trabalharei pelo meu país e que juntos conseguiremos enfrentar os desafios que surjam. Toda a equipa tem experiência e vontade de trabalhar e tentaremos não desiludir o nosso povo.

SR: Bem, pois penso que seria interessante que as pessoas soubessem quem é a pessoa atrás da sua conta. Pode-nos contar um pouco sobre si? Onde vive e que faz para ganhar a vida?

Warm 2: Chamo-me David, vivo em Saragoça e sou estudante da Universidade. Trabalho também como professor de piano numa pequena academia

SR: Interessante. Bem, para quem não leu o seu programa, pode-nos dizer em poucas palavras quais serão os grandes objectivos políticos e militares da eEspanha que propôs ao seu governo? Sabemos que está bastante forte neste momento. Há mais algum objectivo que ela ainda possa conseguir?


Neste momento o exército eEspanhol controla territórios não só na Europa, mas também na América do Norte, América do Sul e África

Warm 2: Vamos continuar a nossa expansão militar, em conformidade com a nossa aliança e vamos tentar promover um babyboom e aumentar a assistência social para os novos jogadores, para que o país cresça.

SR: Bem, diplomaticamente, pelo que vemos no mapa, juntar-se ONE foi uma boa decisão para a eEspanha. Essa aliança tem se expandido rapidamente e derrotou quase todos os seus inimigos. Você acredita que existe neste momento alguma ameaça contra a ONE?

Warm 2: A ONE não deve baixar a guarda e deve ter em mente que alguns países ProONE podem lutar pelo lado dos nossos inimigos nas nossas campanhas militares, como decorre com o caso da Turquia na campanha sul-americana.

SR: Isso é verdade. Na sua opinião o que deveria ser feito em relação à eTurquia e eIndonésia por ajudarem a eArgentina? (relembro aos leitores que se fala na existência de um ultimato feito pela ONE a estes dois países)

Warm 2: Essa é uma questão a ser abordada pelo conselho da ONE e não deve ser decidida de ânimo leve. Os objectivos da nossa aliança são claros e portanto esses países têm que tomar uma posição, de sua livre vontade.

SR: Entanto. Bem, nota algumas diferenças estruturais entre a aliança ONE e a aliança EDEN, uma vez que eEspanha já passou por lá?

Warm 2: A partir deste mês, como me vou envolver mais com as alianças, vou observar as diferenças. Mas como outsider senti que a ONE é mais organizada e tem ideias bem mais claras do que a EDEN. Também acho que a ONE se importa mais com aos seus membros e apoios do que a EDEN. Dantes, era presidente da eBolívia, um país de uma aliança independente (SOL) mas ProEden. Mas a realidade é que a EDEN nunca nos ajudou contra a eArgentina e o eBrasil… mas agora, a eBolívia, apoiada pela eEspanha e por outros libertou-se e recuperou os seus territórios.

SR: Vemos também que a eEspanha se dá bastante bem com os seus aliados. Mas existe algum país em particular que respeitem ou até mesmo admirem no bloco EDEN/TERRA? Ou algum país que desprezem?

Warm 2: A eCroácia é um país que eu aprecio, uma vez que têm seguido uma linha semelhante à nossa e têm uma boa organização. A eRoménia, por outro lado, é na minha opinião um país que tenta sempre estar do lado vencedor, e nunca assume culpas.


Ladies and gentlemen: The truth

SR: Bem, eEspanha lutou ao lado desses dois países durante muito tempo. Considera que é emocionalmente difícil combatê-los agora?

Warm 2: Sem dúvida. Como veteranos, temos bastante carinho por alguns países que dantes eram aliados, e agora são inimigos. Mas pronto, é a situação que enfrentamos.

SR: Claro. Bem… e agora resumidamente mas sem tabus… Pelo que tem visto até agora, como você descreveria o povo ePortuguês?

Warm 2: Bem, entre os nossos dois países sempre houve uma rivalidade histórica mas os ePortugueses com quem já falei (Arthk, Lcfr, Euphonix, ...) parecem-me ser pessoas muito honestas e interessantes. Tenho um grande carinho por alguns Portugueses e gostava que as nossas duas nações se dessem bem, como vizinhos que somos.

SR: Interessante! E vê alguma vontade do seu governo ou vinda da ONE para trabalhar nesse sentido, uma vez que ePortugal já não faz parte da TERRA?

Warm 2: Eu gostaria de trabalhar nesse sentido, mas Portugal também deve fazer sua parte. Mas é claro que este governo, respeitando sempre os interesses da ONE, está aberto ao diálogo e a estabelecer boas relações.

SR: Ok, muito obrigado pela entrevista. Mas ... Finalmente, duas perguntas muito importantes… Real Madrid ou Barcelona?

Warm 2: Real Madrid, é claro! (risos) Eu sou o maior fã do José Mourinho!

SR: (risos) E finalmente… FC Porto ou SL Benfica?

Warm 2: Gostei do Porto com o André Villas-Boas! Mas agora que ele saiu vamos o que irá acontecer.


Bem, agradeço ao Presidente da eEspanha por esta entrevista e desejo-lhe francamente muitas felicidades políticas. Esperemos então que num futuro próximo já se notem frutos de que a situação diplomática de ePortugal está a melhorar. Good afternoon to all our international readers and eMexican trolls out there. Today the The Global Moustache had the honor of interviewing Warm 2, the newly elected president of our neighboring country, eSpain. In this interview, not only ePortugal was mentioned, but also such countries as eTurkey, eIndonesia, eBroatia and EDEN itself x)

I therefore leave you the full interview translated to English.

SR: Good evening! Firstly, thank you for accepting to be interviewed and my most sincere congratulations about your great victory in the elections. Now that you are the president of one of the most powerful nations on eRepublik, are you sure you will not disappoint the expectations of eSpaniards?

Warm 2: Thank you. I'm sure I will work for my country and that together we can face any challenges that arise. The whole team has experience and desire to work and we will try not to disappoint our people.

SR: Well, maybe it would be interesting for people to know who is the person behind your account. Can you tell us a little about yourself? Where do you live and that do you do for a living?

Warm 2: My name is David, I live in Zaragoza and I'm a college student. I also earn a salary as a piano teacher in a small Academy.

SR: Interesting. Well, for those who have not read your political program, can you tell us briefly what are the major political and military objectives for eSpain that you ask of your government? We know that it is very strong country right now. Is there anything else to achieve?


At this time the eSpanish army controls territories not only in Europe but also in North America, South America and Africa

Warm 2: We will continue to expand our military, in accordance with the needs of our alliance and we will try to promote a babyboom and to increase social assistance for new players, so that our country can grow

SR: Well, diplomatically, from what we see on the map, joining ONE was a good decision for eSpain. This alliance has expanded rapidly and has defeated almost all of its enemies. Do you believe that there any threat to ONE right now?

Warm 2: ONE should never lower its guard and we must keep in mind that some ProONE countries can side with our enemies in our military campaigns, as is apparent in the case of Turkey in the South American campaign.

SR: That's true. In your opinion what should be done about eTurkey and eIndonesia for helping eArgentina against you? (I remind readers that word in the street is that an Ultimatum was made by ONE against eIndonesia)

Warm 2: This is an issue to be addressed by the board of ONE and should not be decided lightly. The objectives of our alliance are clear and so these countries have to take a stand on their own accord.

SR: I see. Well, did you notice any structural differences between ONE and EDEN, since eSpain was a member of both?

Warm 2: Starting this month, I will be more involved with the alliance so, I will see differences more clearly. But as an outsider I felt that ONE is more organized and has much clearer ideas than EDEN. I also think that ONE cares more about supporting their members than EDEN. I used to be president of eBolívia, a country of an independent alliance (SOL) but ProEden. But the reality is that EDEN never helped us against eArgentina and eBrasil ... but now, eBolívia, supported by eSpain and others, freed itself and regained its territories.

SR: We can perfectly see that eSpain gets along very well with their allies. But is there any particular country that you respect or even admire inside the EDEN/TERRA block? Or any country that you particularly despise?

Warm 2: eCroatia is a country which I appreciate, since they have followed a line similar to ours and have a good organization. eRomania, on the other hand, in my opinion is a country that always tries to be on the winning side, and never admits guilt.


Ladies and gentlemen: The truth

SR: Well, eSpain fought alongside those two countries for a long time. Do you consider fighting against them now emotionally difficult?

Warm 2: Absolutely. As veterans, we are very fond of some countries that were allies before, but now they are enemies. And that is the situation that we face.

SR: Ok. Well ... now briefly and without any taboos ... From what you have seen so far, how would you describe the ePortuguese people?

Warm 2: Well, between our two countries there has always been a rivalry but the ePortuguese that I have met (Arthk, Lcfr, Euphonix, ...) seem to me to be very honest and interesting people. I have a fondness for some Portuguese and would like that our two nations got along better as neighbors that we are.

SR: Interesting! And do you notice any willingness from your government and from ONE to work towards that situation, since ePortugal is no longer part of TERRA anymore?

Warm 2: I would like to work in that direction, but Portugal should also do its part. But it is clear that this government, while respecting the interests of the ONE, is open to dialogue and to establish good relations.

SR: Okay. Okay, thank you for the interview. But ... Finally, two very important questions ... Real Madrid or Barcelona?

Warm 2: Real Madrid, of course! (Laughs) I am the biggest fan of Jose Mourinho!

SR: (laughs) And finally ... FC Porto or SL Benfica?

Warm 2: I liked Porto under André Villas-Boas! But now that he left, we will see what will happen in the future.
