[President] Explanation of Norway's NE vote

This came to our news about one hour ago:
Norway has proposed Sweden as Natural Enemy and now it needs their Congress approval.
Reason for this is that the real Norwegians need to get rid of some MPPs. By attacking us (and losing, of course) they will lose all MPPs that we have in common.
Why do they want that?
Because they need to keep their country under occupation, because they currently can not afford to lose any congress seats to the PTO group. Each PTOer in the congress would be able to give away 5 more citizenship's, so you can do the math.
Norway till lose their battle against us and then Finland will attack and conquer Norway again.
This is why it's important for them to get rid of the MPPs, because otherwise it would be more difficult for them to lose their regions when attacked.
People outside of Scandinavia needs to realize that this is our turf. If Norway wants to be in EDEN, they'll be in EDEN. If Finland wants to be in EDEN, they'll be in EDEN. If Sweden wants to be in ONE, they'll be in ONE and if Denmark wants to be in a union with Germany who's in Terra, they will have it that way.
As much as I'd like all of us to fight for the same cause, we're currently not able to do that because of conflicts that lie outside of our own regions. If Norway, Finland or GDC should decide to attack us in the future, we'll accept that and go to war. But currently there's a friendly atmosphere between us and our neighbors and I wish for it to stay that way.
Regardless of which alliance you side with, no country deserves a PTO.
I don't like seeing foreigners dictating the outcome of congress or president elections in Norway, Denmark and just the other day even in Finland. No matter what the cause is. We need to respect the sovereignty of other nations - friend and foe alike - and settle our in-differences in the battlefield. Not through the means of political take overs.
That is all I have to say on this matter, and I hope it answers all your questions.

Petsku, all I know is was Finnish players have reported to me and what I've been able to pick up in your forum and media. But I agree that it's a mess. This comment from TheJuliusCaesar sum it up quite well though:

Problem is that the article is very selective on the facts it brings up. While it might not lie directly, it leaves too many "holes" to the story thus making the other side look bad.
If you would've been in my shoes, I'm pretty sure you would've done the same for Sweden. If not, I didn't know you as well as I thought.

Petsku, I don't think that Sweden would like that if someone from ONE sends people to vote in Swedish presidential elections just because he didn't like the other candidate.
How is it a PTO when real citizens of a country vote for their countryman which happened in Finland?

Nice. I like also the way Scandinavians keep up good realtionship with eachothers. Although Sweden is in different alliance than Norwegians and us and Denmark is on alliance with Germany, it won't harm our relationships. I think this is beautiful thing happening in such a cruel world.
