Dear Citizens,

Yesterday, I asked for your opinions on the Croatia MPP and many of you agreed to renew
it.

Later after discussion with Drago and others, we believe that NK does not have enough money
to maintain two MPPs.

Both Croatia and Romania are our good friends, but we can only maintain one MPP. Since
congressman are now free to go abroad, it's OK that we only have the Romania MPP and our
soldiers can go abroad to fight for Croatia.

Hope you can understand our situation.

大家好：

昨天我发文征求了大家对克罗地亚MPP的意见，许多人赞同续签。

之后，我与Drago和内阁的其他人讨论了一下，大家认为目前NK国库的钱不足以维持两个MPP（我们目前只有450G，并且没有有效的经济来源）。

克罗地亚和罗马尼亚都是我们的坚定盟友，但是我们只有能力维持一个MPP。由于现在议员无需辞职也可以出国，所以我们仅仅维持罗马尼亚的MPP，同时战士们移动为克罗地亚作战，应当也是可行的。

希望大家能够理解我们的处境。
