[PotUS] Day Twenty One

Day 2,259, 01:24 Published in USA Poland by Wild Owl

Hey America,

This is my second article in Week Three of my Presidential tenure. I’ve managed to keep on track, and fulfill the promise of providing at least two updates a week so far, and plan to keep this up as we head into the final stretch this month.

Congress

Congress went well for eUSA as expected. We managed to keep the PTO down and out, and it was a pretty cool election between the usual T5 parties. I voted for the United States Workers Party, obviously, although pretty much everyone put up a strong bench. It’ll be a fun month in Congress, and I’m glad that we have a good roster of people who were elected in what will be a crucial month. This was also the first month in a long time that we had 55+ seats (57 seats total) which is pretty awesome.

Russia

We went in, as requested, established the Great Wall of Siberia, and won the day, securing Congress for our brothers in Russia. Our storied bromance with them continues and we want them to know that we’ll watch out for them and want them to be with us in the new alliance structure.

Controlled Aggression

A lot of this term has been filled with controlled aggression by us and clinical military maneuvers to achieve supremacy in our sphere of influence. We continued that last night by liberating Tohuku and NE’ing Japan. Our full food bonus should be restored soon. We’re also looking for NE targets to ensure that Americans enjoy +10% damage during the MU contest that starts soon.

Rogue Squadron

Rogue Squadron has been merged into Ultramarines and Special Forces. MU consolidation seems to be a buzzword these days, but this has been worked on for a while now, and we’re happy to say that it has been done without incident. Rogue Squadron soldiers will continue being a part of USAF, as Ultramarines or Special Forces, depending on their division/strength. We hope that this will increase efficiency in the United States Armed Forces.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments below, and I will do my best to address your inquiries. If your question is, “Do you plan to run for reelection?”, the answer is ‘Yes. The second month of my Presidency will be just as good, if not greater, than my first.’

Sincerely,
Wild Owl
