The day of the congress elections this month was a day of great victory for the PCP.
Thanks to the great organisation and direction from those spending their time for the good of the party, a total of 8 out of 40 congress places were won by PCP members.
For a party with just under 1/7 of all the total members of the top 5 parties we managed to gain 1/5 of the seats.
At the same time, we gained our largest congress share all year, and for the first time this year came 2nd out of all the parties, beating the UKRP despite being almost half as small as party. This also means we beat our next biggest rivals, the RFA, by 4 times as many congressmen.

Let’s take a look at our new representatives.

East Midlands
Sir Scott Williamson
His first congress term representing our party. A new member, but a very active one at that. Good luck to him in congress.


East of England
Sir Botham
A well respected citizen of the eUK, Sir Botham is well known for his party in NNA articles. Despite being an eUK citizen for well over a year, this is his first ever term in congress.


London
Joachim von Bremen
Not much need be said about JvB. A well loved and brilliant member of the eUK, and has also been Minister of Everything 2 times (2 more times than anyone else in the eUK). He also gained more votes than any other PCP candidate, coming 6th overall in the country.

Draaglom
Draaglom is the 2nd PCP candidate to have been elected in London, and came 7th overall. He is probably the oldest and most experienced member of the PCP, being born in May 2008 and having been Minister of Trade countless times. This is also his 6th spell in congress.


North East of England
Rory Winterbourne
A strong and devoted commie, this is his first term in congress in almost a year of playing. He also has an awesome avatar. He is the ideal person to be representing the PCP in congress.


Scotland
Anaxima
Almost 2 years old, the ranked #3 citizen in the country and with numerous Battle Hero medals, Anaxima is another experienced and widely loved member of the PCP. This would be her 8th term in congress. However, a bug involving Scotland being invaded (albeit just after the day of congress ended), means Anaxima has not been recognised as a congressmen this month. We are rectifying this problem with the administrators.


Wales

Yet another experienced member of the PCP, this is his 14th term in congress, having rarely missed out in an elections since his birth last year. He is also ranked #13 in the country, hosts the official #PCP IRC channel and has been a Minister in main government.


Yorkshire & Humberside

Last, but not least, is our party president cas3; a devoted and hard-working member of the PCP.
