[Parliment] Update! on Democracy vs Dictatorship Referendum

This is a quick article to inform you that after a quick chat with Mr Woldy, the referendum vote will now take place in about a weeks time.

However, I will leave the previous article up still to continue discussion.

I will release an article around a day or two before, announcing when the vote will take place as well as providing all arguments put forward throughout the week from both sides.
