Comedy noted, but be aware that it doesn't help as congress role is to express an opinion, this is part of a standard process that doesn't get any slower or any faster.
he's emphasising the point that previous CP's should have paid it back immediately
yes
Can't wait to hear when my legislative proposal's being put to congress.
In the meantime, I swear you should've just classed this as an emergency proposal for the sake of common sense. Get spain bloody paid before I kms. (take that as a yes)
I'll apply for finance but at some point I'm going to be looking to burn the committee legislation anyway. Still, it'll be fun while it last.
The CP designates proposals as emergency, not congress, not the speaker and not... common sense.
Aight, not sure why we're voting on this specific cost when we haven't even voted on a budget yet thus have given Arrlo total freedom to spend what he pleases, but that's none of my business. *sips tea*
When's my proposal relating to the repealment of the Woldy's Angels act from last session going up?
budget is part of the meaningless legislation you want to remove
its not just your proposals he ignores
Ahh, not just one person who 'I'm ignoring', careful that might hint that I'm fairly ignoring people impartially... The speaker decides when to table proposals, at the moment we don't have the time, if we'd had quicker applications for committee positions and people asking for a vote to remove me, then we'd have two spots, one of which would be carrying this proposal for the thing you want to get rid off. Most days it feels like an exercise in pointless, oh well.
Budget ideally would be removed, but while it's there it's much easier for people to follow it rather than us having a vote on every single transaction the government does.
I don't know why you've limited congress to two things each session, and prioritised committees when literally nobody gives any care at all to it. Doesn't help when your process of tabling things is pretty opaque too, it might be that there's "no time", but there's never any indication as to when you plan to make time.
The answer to why I limit us to two topics per session is in the legislation document (I sound like a broken record).
