Statement From the SG:


This month has been a very active one for Orion. Almost all of our members have been at war with enemies at one point or another this term. The focus of this term has been to translate improved communication (built up over the last couple months) into action. As a result we have been making military plans with our members and encouraging our soldiers to take to the field and fight for allies as effectively as possible. The defeat of the Turkey/Cyprus/Georgia offensive against Iran is one victory secured by our alliance this term. The Iranian government and Orion were able to coordinate damage and defeat an enemy that had superior numbers and money. While there have been some rocky events this month, we remain committed to ensuring the dominance of our members on the battlefield. The main strategic goal of Orion this month has been to ensure that all our members are free from foreign occupation, specifically Canada which has been under partial occupation by Albania for months now. We may not accomplish this goal by the end of the term, but we will strive towards it and hopefully leave the alliance in a better position for the next term.

CANADA

- Remains partially occupied by Albania, but has not made a deal with Them and will fight through RW whenever possible. Orion will stand with Canada o7



FRANCE

- Underwent a coup earlier in the term, but the dictator is committed to Orion. FYROM landed an airstrike against France and will fight against them with full force.



IRAN

- Repelled a major offensive by Georgia, Turkey and Cyprus and is now pushing into Turkey. There was great Orion support and coordination during this fight.



NETHERLANDS

- Peaceful for the time being and focusing on supporting Orion operations in any way they can. Working to improve relations with friends and making new friends.



SWEDEN

- Peaceful for the time being and supporting Orion operations in any way they can. Recently helped liberate Norway from Chilean dictator.



PERU


- Working to prevent Chile from making footholds in Australia and New Zealand. Did not renew a NAP with Chile and it is possible that a war may break out. Renting a region from Bolivia and preparing an airstrike to assist Orion members in trouble.
