eIsraelis, Israeli natives, RL Foreigners.

I, Octavius Julius will be running for the presidency of eIsrael this month.



I'll start my platform with a little bit about myself and who is the man behind the keyboard.

My name is Toni and I am eighteen years old RL Israeli from Russian ancestry. I live in Northern Israel, a few kilometers from the port city of Haifa. In a few months I will start studying in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and my major will be International Relations. My main hobbies are ladies, clubbing, tennis and writing.

Aye, indeed I am newb when it comes to clicking the Work and Train button, only half a year overall. On the other hand when it comes to practical experience aspect thing get a little bit more interesting. Instead of describing you how fancy my title collection is I will tell you what things I have accomplished in this game. After all it's not the title one has but the depth he gives to it.

A massive reform in the eIDF High Command structure
Reforming the ranks system in the eIDF
Successfully training Newbies in the Shaldag Platoon
Creation of the eIsraeli ANTI PTO Unit
Translating dozens of articles for the welfare of our non Hebrew speaking community
Bringing the Voice of Eden to Israel in Hebrew
Currently executing "Operation Babyboom"
Improved and improving the political culture in eIsrael
Forged the eIsraeli constitution that will be presented to our Congress this month
Working on the eIDF Aethics Code
Running a country with my partner, Sidewinder.ISR



My political agenda for the month:

I will be working with a few of my close partners to create a new mainstream party. At the moment I do not believe we have one which not just shows off nice catchy phrases but also stands behind them. My government will be made out strictly on people who dedicate themselves for the state no matter what their RL or eRepublik views are and are skillful, intelligent and active enough to keep the new tradition of governments who do not agree to dormant terms. Mistakes will happen, they always happen and always will when a group of people tries to improve things and get a country to a higher level and the current and next government will make its best to avoid those errors and if we do fall once, I reassure you we will rise even higher, stronger and more united. No group from any aspect of this game can break our spirit, whether at home or abroad.




My military agenda for the month:

A global scale and hopefully the final reform we will implement in our national army was suggested by matan9010 and I intend to make my best to put it into use. After this reform I expect the eIDF to run as a well oiled academy for new players. Another thing I will strive to achieve in the eIDF is the creation of more high damage dealing platoons or taking different approach, uniting them under one banner to increase competition between soldiers with new special programs for the soldiers who defend our homeland. It is still to be discussed inside the military.

Also we'll be looking to continue our cooperation with Luna and transfer eIsraeli soldiers to the Eden Mobile Corps. Victoria Aut Mors. Victoria.



My agenda regarding foreign affairs:

eIsrael is currently a trial member in EDEN. We'll be making our best to adapt ourselves and improve our logistics and keeping the current level of consistency in our interaction with EDEN on all fields in order to change that status.

eIsrael is a founder state of the LUNA Alliance and will keep on strengthening its ties with the Member States of Luna.

Regarding to eGreece, I will ensure our brotherhood will continue to prosper during my term and plan on proposing the government of eGreece a new program for developing new players mutually by swapping volunteers in lower executive spots. This will deepen our mutual understanding and create bonds for our future generations to come. eIsrael will never make any move that will put our dearest brothers in any sort of danger. Last piece regarding the foreign affairs is our relations with eCyprus. Currently we have signed a peace treaty and will continue to work around it to ensure both countries can co-exist with each other.



My agenda regarding internal affairs:

Full throttle on "Operation Babyboom", we have a few interesting ideas on how to attract players to the game not only through a direct conflict, you'll see what we are talking about. Encourage cooperation between the eIDF and Ministry of Interior to better supply our newbies with fresh cookies and pass basic knowledge of the game engine and give them a feeling we are a real caring community, this is the basic thing we need to do in order to keep them in the game and not as clickers.



This is it my beloved people. I cannot promise i will not make mistakes, i cannot promise i will not bring us the world but i can promise i am certain as hell i am going to do my best for OUR country.

אכן, בהחלט אני טירון שזה מגיע ללחוץ על כפתורי האימון והעבודה במשחק, רק חצי שנה סך הכל. אולם מהצד שני, כשזה מגיע לניסיון פרקטי העניינים הופכים ליותר מעניינים. במקום לתאר לכם כמה מגונדר ומקושט אוסף התארים שלי, אגיד לכם מה השגתי במשחק. אחרי הכל זה לא התואר שיש לך, אלא העומק שאתה נותן לו.

האג'נדה הפוליטית שלי לחודש:

אני אעבוד עם השותפים הקרובים שלי כדי ליצור מפלגת מיינסטרים חדשה. כרגע אני לא מאמין שיש לנו מפלגה שלא מראה משפטים קליטים אך עומדת מאחוריהם. הממשלה שלי תורכב רק מאנשים שמקדישים את עצמם למדינה לא משנה מה ההשקפות שלהם הן במשחק והן במציאות, ותורכב רק מאנשים בעלי כישורים, אינטילגנטים ופעילים מספיק כדי שיוכלו לעמוד בקצב שלי. טעויות יקרו, הם תמיד קרו ותמיד יקרו שקבוצת אנשים מנסה לשנות דברים ומנסה לקחת מדינה לרמה גבוהה יותר. הממשלה הנוכחית והבאה עושה ותעשה את מיטבה להתחמק מטעויות אלו, וגם אם נפול פעם אחת, אני מבטיח לכם שנקום חזקים וגבוהים אך יותר, מאוחדים. אף קבוצה מכל אספקט של המשחק יכולה לשבור את הרוח שלנו, בין אם בארץ או בחו"ל.

האג'נדה הצבאית שלי לחודש:
אמות מידה בינלאומית ובתקווה שהרפורמה האחרונה תוכנס לצבא הלאומי שלנו, אותה אחת שהוצעה על ידי מתן9010 ואני מתכוון לעשות את מיטבי להפעיל אותה בצורה הטובה ביותר. לאחר הרפורמה הזאת אני מצפה מצה"ל לעבוד כאקדמיה משומנת היטב לשחקנים חדשים. עוד דבר שאשאף להשיג בצה"ל הוא היצירה של יותר פלוגות שעושות נזק, או לחלופין, לקחת גישה אחרת ולאחד אותם תחת דגל אחד על מנת לחזק את התחרות בין החיילים עם תכניות חדשות לחיילים שמגינים על המולדת שלנו. יש עוד לדבר על הדברים הללו בצבא.

בנוסף ברצוננו להמשיך את השיתוף פעולה הצבאי שלנו עם לונה ולהעביר חיילים ישראלים לחיל הנייד של עדן.

האג'נדה שלי בנוגע ליחסי חוץ:
ישראל היא כרגע חברת מבחן בעדן. נעשה את מיטבנו להתאים את עצמנו ולשפר את הלוגיסטיקה שלנו ולשמור על רמת העקביות ביחסים שלנו עם עדן בכל התחומים כדי לשנות את הסטטוס הזה.

ישראל היא מדינה מייסדת של לונה ותמשיך לחזק את קשריה עם המדינות החברות בה.

לגבי יוון, אדאג שהאחווה בינינו תמשיך לשגשג תחת הקדנציה שלי וברצוני להציע תכנית לממשלת יוון לגבי פיתוח שחקנים חדשים באופן הדדי ע"י החלפתם בעמדות פיקודיות זוטרות. תכנית זו תעמיק את ההבנה ההדדית שלנו ותיצור קשרים בין המנהיגים העתידים של ישראל ויוון. ישראל לעולם לא תפעל בשום אופן שישים את האחים היקרים שלנו בכל צרה. תמיד כחול ולבן, ישראל ויוון!

עניין אחרון בנוגע ליחסי החוץ שלנו הוא יחסינו עם קפריסין. כרגע חתמנו איתם הסכם שלום ונמשיך לעבוד סביבו כדי לדאוג ששתי המדינות יוכלו לחיות זה לצד זה.



האג'נדה שלי בנוגע לענייני הפנים:
"מבצע בייביבום" בכל הכוח. יש לנו כמה רעיונות מעניינים לגבי איך למשוך שחקנים למשחק לא רק דרך עימות ישיר, אתם תראו על מה אנחנו מדברים. עידוד שיתוף בין צהל למשרד הפנים כדי לספק יותר אספקה לשחקנים הצעירים שלנו עם עוגיות טריות ולהעביר ידע בסיסי על מנוע המשחק ולתת להם הרגשה שאנחנו באמת קהילה דואגת, זה הדבר הבסיסי שעלינו לעשות כדי להשאיר אותם במשחק ולא כדו קליקרים.



זה הכל בני עמי היקרים. אני לא יכול להבטיח לכם שלא אעשה שגיאות,אני לא יכול להבטיח לכם את העולם במתנה אבל אני בהחלט יכול להבטיח לכם שאעשה את המיטב בשביל המדינה
