The Julius Reform – Octavius Julius for Knesset!


אזרחי ישראל,אנשי צבא,פוליטיקאים.

אני מניח שרובכם כבר מכיר ושמע עליי בין אם זה באור חיובי ובין אם זה באור שלילי. יש כאלה שיגידו שאני נחש,אני לא הולך להגיד שאני המלאך גבריאל אבל ממה שאתם מבינים שום תועלת אישית לא צמחה לי מזה. הסגנון שאימצתי לעצמי היה כדי לעורר את הממשלה מהתרדמת שלה. חצי קדנציה כבר עברה ועדיין לא ראיתי שום שינוי משמעותי מה שמפתיע נוכח המצע המהפכני שהיה למתן9020. הרבה דברים כבר נאמרו על הממשל הנוכחי ואני לא הולך לנצל גם את הבמה הזאת כדי להגיד מה אני באמת חושב על כל הסיפור,אני הולך להציג לכם מה אני בתור חבר כנסת מסוגל לעשות.

קודם כל אני יציג את עצמי. קוראים לי טוני אני בן 18 וכנראה אתגייס לעתודה האקדמית במסלול היחסים הבינלאומיים. התחלתי לשחק לראשונה כאשר ישראל הייתה תחת כיבוש טורקי והצטרפתי למפלגה המיתולוגית, איחוד היהודים – The Jewish Union (TJU) . לאחר שהטורקים הצליחו להשתלט על המפלגה טיילתי זמן קצר מסביב לעולם ויצרתי מספר קשרים עם ההנהגה היוונית הישנה שרובם פרשו (Efthimios Pappas למי שמכיר). לאחר זמן קצר פרשתי והסבב הבא שלי היה רק לקראת סוף V1 בו שירתתי כחייל וקצין בצבא ארה"ב,נהניתי מהתקופה ומהפוליטיקה הפנימית בארה"ב אך מהר מאוד איבדתי עניין ופרשתי שוב.לא משנה מאיזה מפלגה אני ירוץ אני ירוץ כמועמד עצמאי כי אני לא מזדהה עם שום מפלגה כרגע.

תהיו בטוחים שאיתי בתור חבר כנסת אף ממשלה אבל אף ממשלה לא תהיה במצב שבו היא לא תצטרך לתת דין וחשבון לאזרחיה. בתור חבר כנסת אפעל ליותר שקיפות של הממשלה כלפי האזרחים.

בתור חבר כנסת אפעל להפריד את הצבא מהפוליטיקה כמעט לחלוטין. לפי דעתי הצבא צריך להיות ארגון שפועל עם מטרות קבועות לטווח הארוך לכן אין מקום לערב אותו עם פוליטיקה בה בכל בחירות יכולים להתחולל שינויים.

אני אפעל ליצור מערכת היררכית קבועה למדינה שלא תשתנה בכל קדנציה. נושא זה בוער כרגע ומועלים מספר פתרונות בשביל לייצב את המערכת הפוליטית בישראל חלקם מאוד מרחיקי לכת אך מאמין שיעשו רק טוב לנו כמדינה. במדינה שלנו לא צריך להתקיים מצב בו מתקיימים מינויים ופיטורים של בכירים על ימין ועל שמאל ללא הודעה מסודרת לציבור.

בנוסף למערכת ההירככית אני יפעל לקידום נהלים מסודרים למספר פעולות חשובות של המשרדים הממשלתיים בישראל(פרסום פקודות, אישור אזרחויות,העברת תקציבים וכו').

כחבר כנסת אני ידאג להלחם ולהוריד מהשפעתם של מספר ארגונים פוליטיים וא-פוליטיים במדינה כדי לקיים חלוקה שוויונית יותר של תפקידים בין שלל המגזרים.

כחבר כנסת אני לא מבטיח לכם שתאהבו אותי ותצעקו את שמי ברחוב,מה שאני כן מבטיח לכם הוא שבסופו של יום מדינת ישראל תרוויח עם אוקטביוס יוליוס יהיה בבית המחוקקים.

כחבר כנסת אני יתחייב לשרת את המדינה ורק אותה ולפעול לפי החזון שלי,חזון מדינת היהודים:

Citizens, Servicemen and Politicians

I suppose most of you already know and heard about me whether its in a good light or negative light. Some may say I am a snake and I admit, I am not Gabriel but you have to understand I am not doing it for my personal gain. The style I adopted was adopted in order to make our government wake up from its sleep. Its over half a term now under Matan9020 and nothing has been done even though Matan9020 had such a revolutionary platform. Lot of things were said about the current leadership and I am not going to make use of this stage at the moment to tell you what I really think about them. Now I am going to present you what I can do if you vote Octavius Julius for Knesset.

First of all a short introduction, my name is Toni and I am 18 years old. I will probably enlist to an academic program of the army and will study International Relationships before really enlisting. I started playing when eIsrael was occupied by eTurkey. When I first started playing I joined the TJU – The mythological party that was created in eTurkey, The Jewish Union. After it was PTO'ed I left eIsrael and created some ties with the old Greek leadership that mostly retired by now (Efthimios Pappas if it rings a bell for anyone). After a short while I retired only to come back later and join the eUS Army by the end of V1 where I served as a soldier and an XO of the Coyotes Platoon. I enjoyed that period both military wise and politically wise but I lost interest too quickly and retired again. To summarize I will just state that it doesn’t matter from which party I will run, I am running as an independent candidate as I do not see myself a member of any current party.

Be sure that with me as a Knesset Member no government will allow itself not to keep her citizens up to date. As a Knesset Member I will push to make our government more visible.

As a Knesset Member I will act to divide our military from politics almost completely. I believe the military should be an organization that runs on long term goals expectations and goals therefore there is no room to mix it with politicians who might disappear or appear out of nowhere in the next elections.

As a Knesset Member I will act to create a working hierarchical system for our state that will not change during every new term. We are working on this subject and a few solutions were raised to the problem to stabilize our country from the inner politics aspect.

In addition I will act to add regular procedures to various critical actions of the Government (Publishing orders, Accepting Citizenships, Allocating new budges and so on)

As a Knesset Member I will fight to reduce the influence of certain political and a-political organizations in eIsrael to better divide official spots between everyone.

As a Knesset Member I cannot promise you that you will like me and shout my name in praise on the streets, what I can promise you is that in the end of the day eIsrael will be a better place if Octavius Julius will have a seat at our Knesset.

As a Knesset Member I oblige to serve the state and only the state and act according to my personal vision , the Der Judeenstat.
