[NZVP] The End

Here it is, just hours away from the end of Xanthar's second term, the end of my tenure as VP, and likely the end (at least for the next several months) of my time in eNZ government.

And I've got a few things to say.



To Our Allies and Neighbors



THANK YOU.

This has been an incredibly intense couple of months, probably the most intense as far as military action goes in the entirety of eNZ's history. Thank you for standing by us.

Thank you to Australia for giving us the most reliable TW ever. 😉

Thank you to EPIC for continuing to provide military support.

Thank you to any and all soldiers and tanks who have come to fight for NZ freedom.

We are not a large country. We have an active force of maybe 200 people. And yet, we have only been completely off the map for less than a day in the past two months. Thanks to all of you, and the dedicated fighters in our own country, we have been one of the most resilient of the ONE/pro-ONE countries.



To Xanthar and the other active members of the government



Xanthar: I can't think of anyone else active in eNZ that could have done a better job than you did the past two months. You've made several tough decisions, some of which I didn't agree with, but all of these decisions ended up being the best for the country in the end. You are, hands-down, the best President I've ever worked with in this game. Don't let the people who insult you or tried to impeach you bother you. They couldn't have kept our country this strong, whole, and proud.

Valentyme, Ronell, and kurojca: Now that I'm sitting here, trying to think of who else helped out this month, you three are the only ones who come to mind. You three have been instrumental in organizing battles, handing out supplies, and finding fighters. Even if the rest of the country wasn't always particularly cooperative, even though two of you three are technically required, you've done an amazing job. I'd be glad to work with you three in the future, if you aren't too burnt out.



To Argentina


Well, you've certainly made things interesting the past two months. It's been enjoyable watching you sit and growl over in your corner, but never be able to actually set foot on our land. It's been amusing watching you fail and fail again to try and undermine and bully any country that helps us, and it's been inspiring to watch them not back down.

You've been underhanded, arrogant, and obnoxious, but at least you've made the game interesting in this part of the world.



To some certain members of eNZ

You want to run the government now? Be my guest. But you'll have to seriously step up if you want our country to not be wiped within a week. Were you so upset that the PnPP had the CP spot for three months straight that electing somebody largely inactive, who hasn't contributed to the government at all in the past few months, was your only option?

I'm not going to be polite about this, like some other people are being. This is petty bullshit, pure and simple. You don't give a shit about the long term existence of the country. You and your party have been sitting on your asses, not responding to the MoD, not helping the government out at all, and you still think you're entitled to the CP spot.

You're not.

There's really nothing left to say. It's been stressful, intense, and glorious being the VP/unofficial yet only active MoFA. Time to lapse back into two-clicking for a while. I need a break.
