[NGP] Green Spotlight X John Guerreiro

This is a very special edition of the Green Spotlight series as it is our 10th edition! Im very pleased to say that it is with long time Green and loyal Norwegian John Guerreiro. He has been apart of our community for a very long time, is very opinionated (especially when it comes to economics) and the guy is also a great friend and we are definitely lucky that he is with us here in little Norway.

Why I chose eNorway: First I must say that I am galician (from Galiza) in RL but I looked for a country that must have 2 conditions:
- First a language that I could understand (portuguese or english -not spanish, in any case!)
- Second, a country with a communist party

And Norway were the place...

If I had one superpower it would be: As a materialist I don’t believe in any kind of superpowers but I would like to have a better oratory and be a smarter guy.


My favourite film: If I must have to chose only one, it would be impossible. Let me say two, hahahaha, both of the same director: Stanley Kubrick. And very different between them. The first, Paths of Glory. The second, 2001: A Space Odyssey.[/img]

My favourite book: Favourite book: I don’t have a favourite book or even a favourite writer. But I prefer political essays (clasical or modern), black novel (like Wallander’s novels, for example) and science fiction: Asimov, Bradbury, Philip K. Dick…

My favourite thing to do outside of eRepublik: Listen music or read about (real!) world news.

My favourite part about being in eNorway: I like that we are a small community and we have a common goal: defend eNorway.


Somebody I look up to is: Donald Trump, but just to do the opposite of what he thinks or says, 😉

To strengthen eNorway's economy I believe: First we must know exactly how many are we and then make statistics about what are our division, our strenght, how many companies we have and só on. And then we could have some orientation to help the begginers or to make a common market and a common industry. My point is that we first need numbers about our community and then we can found out the ways to make us strengther.

To make eNorway more active I think we shoul😛 We need to seek long time eRepublicans and try to get them into our community, because it seems very hard to get newbies because eRepublik is probably in its last stadium, but this is a personnal feeling...

Why I chose the NGP: I’ll be honest here. I am in NGP because my old party was taken in the chilean PTO and the closest to my thoughts were NGP.


What being Green means to me: It means to defend scientist values, rational values. We can't deny things like climate change or evolution, for example. And we can’t be a selfish especially.





NGP Trivia and Facts
-The NGP has released more party articles which included updates, debates, law proposals and statements on all things politics than all the other party's combined since we were founded.
-The NGP is the only party to have its own Charter of Values and Principles.
-The NGP has elected four Presidents for a total of nine terms!
-When the NGP was founded it went from just three members to thirteen members over its first night!
