Dear all,
Just a note to reiterate the importance of Training Wars between countries.
For the newer players: Training Wars (mainly referred as TW only) are wars agreed between 2 countries to give the opportunities to their player to farm some gold and to increase their military power (basically to rank).
We are all aware of the changes fuel brought us, with the consequence of an increased number of players shifting from ground to air battles.
And for this reason, many are just waiting for a battle to start, nevertheless the location, and jump there with the claim to get a SH and its 10 golds.
We would like to inform you that battles managed and organised from your own eCountry should be prioritized, rather than jumping on eItalian battles on the very first second. All the more reason if there are no ongoing TWs between our countries.
For this reason, we invite ALL foreign players to wait at least until T10 before starting shooting on eItalian side during air battles. Failing to do so, you are at risk of being passed. The wall can be fixed later on, it won't be a barrier.
It is not about the 10 golds of the SH, it is about respect. And it is about the fact that there are no easy SH medals on eItalian side if you start fighting before T10.
We may need to use our EBs to pass you, we may need to spend some gold, but at least, even if we won't get the medal, we will gain some ranking and some protector points. You? You could definitely get the medal, I am not saying you won't get it, but are you willing to put 100k damage for a single SH medal?
It doesn't look profitable to me, hence we suggest you to wait until T10.
You can be an Airman or an Air Marshall, the above will still apply.
Obviously we are a small community and it is impossible to cover all the battles, all the rounds. We just ask for some respect and the possibility to let all our players grow.
We are also not able to "protect" all our battles, but when this will happen, please don't complain.

T10? they should wait at least till T60 if they aren`t allies or TW partners. We actually put a prize money on certain Asterians if they are farming SHs in our TWs.

T10 waiting for an air round? You must be kidding, no country in the world has such a stupid rule.
I am not kidding. And “my” country, “my” rules. There are something like 74 countries in eRepublik, if you are not able to organise enough TWs for your players, feel free to pick from there.
But if you choose eItaly, you may not see your SH respected, because you firstly didn’t respect us.
At the end T10 is not a big ask.
And if you consider this rule stupid, feel free to airstrike us and take all our regions, so that stupid rule will no longer apply. 😉
I am not farming outside UAE at all, but this rule is stupid on several levels. The whole world has one rule and Italy is the only one who is special to have different rule...

No, the first hit rule is also not good anymore. But T10 is just too much of waiting, you practically forbid anyone else to farm. Again, that doesn't effect me, but it just isn't in a spirit of fair play.
Stupid rule? Yeah, it should be at least T30
Hungary has the same rule.
Before the update, air battle is only every 4 rounds and normal air medal damage is 70k. Only Blitz packers and high rankers are SH farmers. So air medal farmers was more of an international crew, who competed for first hit in air battles at T0, regardless of e-nationality. Compare that to ground battles, where T30 and T60 is the norm.
Today, many small players and non pack players from local country are also interested--and capable-- in obtaining air medals. It is only right that local players given adequate privileges. These guys are being very generous by only asking for 10 mins.
