우리MU는 100% 사재로 운영됩니다. 과거에, 우리는 당신의 활동에 따라 지원되는 보상 시스템이 있었습니다. 매일, 당신은 우리에게 자원을 요구하고, 우리는 당신에게 자원을 나눠주었습니다.
이 지원책은 멤버들이 활발히 활동하는것을 돕는데 많은 효과가 있었습니다. 그러나, 몇가지 문제가 있었습니다. 분배된 자원이 시장에 판매되는 것이지요. 그것은 괸찮습니다., 왜냐하면 우리는 나누어준 자원을 어떻게 사용하는지에 제약을 두지 않기 때문이지요.
그러나 우리 땅을 되찾기위해는, 훈련,전투, 데일리오더 완수를 위해 골드를 희생하는 더 많은 병사가 필요합니다. 그리고 그들을위해 우리는 더 공정한 보상 방식이 필요합니다.
그리고 이것이 바로, 제가 새해가 지나고 소개할 기준치에 근거한 보상방식 입니다. Super Soldier 메달이나 증가된 랭크 포인트 등을 기준으로 지원을 하는 것이지요.
당연히 이것은 비용을 증가시킬 것입니다. 그리고 이 지원 방식을 정착시키려는 노력에는 긴 시간이 필요할 것입니다.
나는 지금까지 우리 뉴비들을위해 빵을 분배해온 joony75와 의견을 교환했습니다. 하지만 아직도 극복해야할 기술적 사항들이 많이 있습니다.
그리고 나는 이 계획을 진행시키기 위해 여러분의 의견을 듣고, 질문에 답해 드리고 싶습니다.

First of all, I hope everyone have a good Christmas break.
Our MU is a 100% privately fund MU. In the past, we have a reward system that is based on your activeness. Everyday, you can ask us to provide you with resources, and we distribute our resources to you.
This reward system works quite well to maintain some activeness with our members, but there are several problems with this. We learn that a lot of resources that is given to you were sold in the market for money. This is fine, because we didn't place any condition on how you should use the resources that were given to you.
But in order for us to regain our land, we need more soldiers who will make the sacrifices to spend their gold and time to fight more, train more, and complete their D.O. everyday. And to compensate for their sacrifices, we want to give them a fair reward for that.
And this is what I want to introduce after the new year, a milestone based reward system. So they will be given a reward for say getting a Super Soldier Medal, or increase a rank level, etc...
Of course, this will increase our expense, and we are trying to find ways to ensure this reward system will be sustainable in a long term.
I have discussion with joony75 who I know has been distributing food to our newbies, but there are still a lot of technical issues to overcome.
And I would like to hear your opinion, answer your question and concern before we proceed with this plan.

I think you are worrying about the money for reward to keep this plan continue for a long time.Am I right?
One of my friend told me that he is in one organization that is trading in very professional way with help of organization accounts.Not only soldiers, but also financial experts might be necessary this time.

10명이 새로시작하면 한달이상 플레이하며 남아있는 유저..투클리커가 될지언정
총력전에 참가하여 esk에 힘이 될 사람은은새로 시작한 사람10명기준에..2~3명정도 밖에 안될듯 합니다.
끝까지 ESK에 남아있을 2~3명에게 더욱 지원을 하느냐...
아님...언제 그만둘지 모르는 7~8명에게 더욱 지원을 해서 끝까지 남을 사람숫자를 2~3명에서 4~5명으로
늘리느냐...그것이 문제일듯 합니다.

제가 새해에 소개하고자 하는 방식은 획기적 사건(milestone) 중심의 보상 방식입니다. 뉴비들은 가령 랭크 레벨을 증가시킨다거나 슈퍼 솔져 메달을 딸 경우에 보상을 받을 것입니다. (부연 설명하자면, 지금처럼 매일 꾸준히 지원하는게 아니라 위와 같은 성취가 있을 때에만 보상을 주는 방식)

But could you run both old and new system at the same time? Say, you offer some amount of breads to soldiers under lv. 20 on daily basis to accelerate their level-ups and keep them playing. And, you give players over lv. 20 rewards based on their milestone achievements.
