[MoRC] Recruitment and Coaching in February

Day 2,635, 12:21 Published in Netherlands Netherlands by SO_HelpdeskNL

Today is the start of the new government and the start of the new team on the Ministry of Recruitment & Coaching. I proudly present you our team for this month:

Minister of Recruitment & Coaching: Spir Tus
State Secretary of Recruitment & Coaching: Gwom

As our CP, Willem the Conqueror, mentioned in his plans for this term, this month will be an important month for the Ministry of Recruitment & Coaching. At first we will try to rewrite the beginner articles, so it will be clearer for the new people what to do. This consist out of a general explanation of the game with all different aspects, our country and advices how to start with playing. These articles should be clear, simple and have explanatory images.

We will also be in charge together with the other ministries to create the new government banners. It's time for a new look. More information on this will follow in the next weeks.

Together with the other ministries we will try to improve the standard articles if needed. For example the MoD articles are the past couple of months not consistent. Together with the Defence department we will create a format which is clear, simple and suits the overall presentation of the government. This has to be something which will be used by several governments, so it is important to create something everyone agrees on. There are also other ministries with standard articles which are too long, sometimes complicated and hard to read. At first this is a responsibility of the ministries themselves, but the Ministry of Recruitment & Coaching will bridge the several ministries to create an unified whole. Also we will help them with writing and alleviate their work a bit.

So these are the plans for this Ministry this month. We won't make any promises of completing these plans, but if we get this all done by the start of the new term, I think we can be very satisfied.
