On Day 1604, the govt of India revamped the dispatch systems.

For background, until day 1603, eIndia had two dispatch program. The NDA and RT. Under RT, people below level 25 and request for food in the forums will receive 300 wellness. Under NDA, people are grouped based on their strength and receive dispatch equivalent to around 600 wellness. This is given to people who request for NDA dispatch daily in eRep India Tracker.

We found the NDA and RT program little redundant and combined them to a single program. Also, due to the recent increase in earning in our treasury, we increased the total dispatch amount.

Rules of the new dispatch

1. All requests must be done here : http://www.erepindia.com/ndarequest.php
2. All eIndian who are part of eIndian MUs are eligible. People who do not fullfil the above criteria and would like to avail these benefits will have to get approval from the Indian Parliment.
3. Every one requesting for dispatch for the first time will receive 2000 Wellness.
4. For Subsequent requests, Amount of wellness to be dispatched will be calculated based on the amount of exp gained between the previous request, days passed, and the players level.
This will be the formula that will be used.
Wellness = ((100 - Level of player)/100) * ((Exp Gained * 10) - (Days passed * 280))

Please allow atleast 48 hours for your request to be processed. If you do not receive your dispatch after 48 hours, let me know, and I will look into the problem.

This program will be called "The Hunger Games" (THG). This name was suggested by RorschachK. He will be receiving an amount of 3000 INR for suggesting this. Congrats RorschachK.
