[MoMC] Stand up and be counted

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. The entertainment for tonight shall not be brief - nor shall it be painless. We shall discuss the state of eIndia, and the problems that assail it. For I think we have been ignoring them too long, or merely been paying them lip service that we could do without.

Currently, this is what eIndia is like -

We only have ourselves to blame for the pickle we find ourselves in. But think of it - why is it that so many of us come back here, logging in day after day? It's because the secret of this game has always been that we're playing for the other people here - for their adulation, their respect, and their acceptance. Yet, how can we convey all of this, if not for communication? And not just through IRC or through the feeds (though they have their place) - the importance of using our words, our language, to forge the common destiny that we will pick for ourselves.

So what are you waiting for?

Why should you write?
This one's pretty simple. Because you should just make some noise.


Let the eWorld know that we're there. It isn't enough to just do some damage in battles and fight - that's important, but it's also important to grow as a community, to take part, to know what's happening - and this will only happen if we all write, pay attention, and discuss the various goings-on.

Because we're not a nation where expression and participation has to do with multis in elections. Because we're not a nation where unity only comes when we're faced with a PTO. Let's have our voices heard.

So, here's the deal. We're RESTARTING dispatch as of now. All articles which are deemed to be of value shall be rewarded with 6 Q6 weapons. This, unlike the Indian Army dispatch (which is awesome, and everyone please do take advantage of this) gives you complete freedom to do with these weapons as you please - use them in whatever battle you like to do whatever damage you like, or sell them in the marketplace for any cost that you can get. 🙂

In the coming few days, there will be many competitions to encourage participation with many cool prizes. In fact, here's one competition - the person who gives us a cool competition idea (PM me or comment on this article) shall get 2000 INR from me personally.
