Greetings to ALL,

Retention Team was formed to groom youngsters feeding with Knowledge and Food thru eCitizen Developement Program [eCDP] . As a result of this, we got quite a few no of newbies enrolled to eCDP program and graduated thru this program.


At this juncture, I would like to borrow words from Martin Luther King Jr on Faith
"Faith is taking the first step even when you don't see the whole staircase."

All the 4 Teams worked for this purpose without minding about the success rate. In that sense, we had fair amount of success getting some newbies into the program and played some role in their growth. Now this is the time, we move to next level.

Evolution is what takes our Human Race forward. Now RT needs that too.

Moving forward Retention Team has got little change in the structure and also in the working progress.
I hope we can attain greater amount of success retaining more newbies thru this program.

We got few new members coming into the team. Due course, we will add up few more

Let me explain you the team structure and functioning of Team.

Team 1- Inductiona and Messaging

Team 1 will try to add up newbies to eCDP Program filtering out multies as much as possible. It will send an invite to the newbies and track until they get the dispatches.
Previously this process was done two separate teams and now it is down to Single Team.

Team 2- Mentoring
Team 2 will be guiding youngster in best possible ways.There is little change in the procedure to be followed.
We are now going to adopt newbie and going to help them in thier growth.

How this adoption is going to happen ?
Say we have 5 mentors M1 ... M5 . We got 7 Newbie N1 .. N7
M1 will have N1 and N6, M2 will have N2 and N7 and goes on ...

Hence mentor needs to make sure newbies get their share of Dispatches and knowledge.
Mentors can have communicate thru PM/IRC/Forum. Last month we had little problem meeting up few newbies thru chat as we couldn't sync with their time. So to overcome this issue, Communication thru forum has been introduced. Hope this should solve the issue.

Since Navin, Mav,Viv,Shaz and many experienced campaigners already doing this process. I didnot mention about them here.

As I mentioned above, Mav is going to take care of Dispatches hereafter.

Moving forward, Newbies under eCDP program will have to create a new request thread @ http://forum.erepindia.com/index.php?board=8.0 for receiving the dispatches.
Seeing their entry, Mav will dispatch them with 300 welleness.
Mentors plz maintain the excel sheet for the dispatches which already available in Google Docs .

Regarding Forum Space:
For RT program discussion, we got a separate section in the forum called RT Admin.

We can discuss our pros and cons here so that we can keep track of things rather than discussing everything in the chat.
