Hello everyone, this is just a short article to tell you what will be coming out of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Minister of Education in near future.



Family Project: Esteem Expansion



It sounds like a weird game, because it is in a way lol. The MoIA, along with the Ministry of Culture and History, will be starting the first "Expansion" of the Family Registry Roleplay Project from last term.

This expansion will follow the same introduction procedures as the initial project. We will have an invitation/volunteer based testing phase first so that we can tweak the system and discover as many issues as possible that we need to fix. After it we feel that it has a reached a satisfactory point, we will release it publicly for official use.

As for what the Esteem expansion is, its a system of "points" that family members will be able to gather for their families and clans. These points will be based on certain actions or events, such as being elected to Congress, dealing an exceptional amount of damage in a battle, organizing a large scale event, etc. In its first form, it will largely only serve to create a ranking for the families to compete amongst each other over who can get the most esteem. However, the real intent of this system is so that we can attach new events and systems to the project later on. If we were to finalize a Daimyo System for example, then it would be attached to the esteem system in order to give it a working basis for how one would become a Daimyo or try to overthrow others.





Japanese Language Lessons



The Ministry of Education's Japanese language articles will be continuing. These articles will largely be focusing on grammar and sentence structure from now on. They will however, be entwined with two other miniature projects from the MoE in order to keep things fun and interesting

Fanservice moment

Usually being published at the same time as the main Language articles, the Japanese Culture articles will be a mishmash of smaller lessons, interesting facts about Japan, and pretty much anything else fun and educational I can find about Japan. The first article I would classify under this mini-project would be the "Transcribing your name into Japanese writing article. The next article will cover the name Honorifics and their usage in Japan.


Cooking with the MoE



Delicious hand-breaded goodness


A bit of a randomly thought up mini-project lol, the Cooking with the MoE articles will cover simple recipes and ( both failed and successful) attempts at cooking Japanese styled food. These will primarily be cooking lessons targeting beginners and novices that will try to use easily obtainable ingredients and simple (sometimes improvised) methods to cook foods similar to those we see in anime and in real life Japan. And yes, we will actually be eating the food ourselves before we tell you to cook it or not 😛
