Join the new world

When agreeing to become MOI (Minister of the Interior) I put on a couple of burdens that I didn’t have before. One, I must try at all times to be impartial to all other countries. Two, I have to publish at least three articles a week when I’m around. Three, I must be a citizen of Switzerland. The first rule is self-imposed but I feel it is necessary for an official paper. On another note, I will be adding more countries to my Eastern Europe side of the paper.


Western Europe


Austria

Hungary has not retaliated from the attacks that put Austria back on the map with three territories to work with. The entire ONE task forces is busy taking out Canada and the US. Unfortunately for Austria, Hungary is showing enough interest to keep them from connecting their two sections together to form a whole, this may be because if they let them take it, it would break Hungary off from its US front and from all of the precious resources therein.

France

The endless RWing in France continues. At least France retains part of its country so it can have congress elections. As for the RW’s, they never work. It seems as if Austria is a stronger country than France because they were able break out more than one area. Another reason could be because they consider France a considerably bigger threat so they devote more time and energy to them. I should mention, for first time readers, that France is currently being held by Hungary and Poland.

Germany

Germany is gone. Sweden weeded the last German stronghold out and destroyed it. Sweden seems to be one of the few members of ONE (no pun intended) that is not attacking North America. Since I’m not officially covering Denmark I will make a remark about them here. They, after being PTO’ed for so long, came back recently and beat Sweden in a resistance war. I don’t believe they can beat them in an actual war so it will be a bittersweet victory. It won’t take long for Sweden to retaliate because they don’t have any pressing wars as of now.

Ireland

Ireland now seems passive, like a lurking tiger waiting to strike. They have started a few attempts at a release but to no avail. The land swap they were going to make with Canada was stopped due to ONE efforts to take the place. Now Ireland has put Canada’s war as the number one priority so that maybe a land swap will be available in the future.
Italy

I don’t even know why I include a section about Italy anymore. It’s just the same old stuff over and over again. Five million RWs are started, all of them fail. I don’t resent their attacks it just gets a little bit annoying after a while.

Portugal

The war that once looked so promising for Portugal has now turned bad. Mexico, after falling back a bit early, is starting to conquer Portugal’s’ main land. This war will likely end in an impasse, with both sides keeping their respective territories.

Spain

Spain, eWorlds’ most expansive nation, with territories in Europe, North and South America and, for a time, one in Africa, has stopped its onslaught on USA leaving its allies to do the clean up. Instead, they have concentrated on attacking Brazil. This is going well for them and they have continued to expand on this front.

Switzerland

A couple of useless RW’s erupted from this small country but nothing seems to take as they struggle just earn back just one area.

United Kingdom

What I said about Denmark earlyier was slightly incorrect. After Denmark burst through the Swedish defence the UK declared war on them and commenced an attack. Sweden appears not to care that the United Kingdom is taking it instead of them. They took Denmark down but they came right back up again with no trouble.

Eastern Europe

Bosnia and Herzegovina

B&H, I hope it’s not politically incorrect to shorten it like that, has only had a bit of action in the last couple of days, putting on two resistance wars against Serbia which of course, failed.

Croatia

Our Slovenian oppressors seem to have their own problems to deal with. They have attacked Croatia in hopes they can return a territory to their control. I suggest that if we look for people to help us get out of this mess in Switzerland we try here first.
Poland

Poland has made a move for Canada. It’s kind if funny how a country can get side-tracked from what they originally set out to do, which in this case was wipe the USA. Both countries are putting up fight but both in the end will inevitable be crushed, putting ONE as the top alliance of the three, Terra, and EDEN being the other two.

Macedonia

Greece is still wailing and kicking as it goes down. Macedonia is keeping a firm lid on all of its areas. With no other work to do, it can just sit around and put down any rebellion as it starts, just as it did with Italy and Greece.

Serbia

Serbia has its hands full with all of the RW’s going on. Ukraine, Italy, B&H, Romania and Russia all attacked in the past 6 hours. Six! How the hell do they keep up with all of them!? I know they have PedjaT and they are the largest country by population but come on!?

Slovakia

Slovakia was disinteresting besides the fact that the Czech Republic made its first attack in a while which held up as well as a house of cards in a hurricane.

Slovenia

Besides the afore mentioned attack on Croatia nothing happened in SloveniaLand.

What annoys me more than anything else is when someone reads it, likes it but doesn’t vote or subscribe. I put two hours of work into this article and it isn’t even the longest one I’ve done. I know I don’t have a life (obviously, what other reason is there for playing this game) but it still hurts me when people just shove off hours of my life (if you could call it that) and don’t even bother to vote, it makes me feel inadequate. On a completely different topic, I will be basically be doing the same thing I used to do just with a MOI banner above my piece. Also, isn’t it funny how much I cover of the America’s with this article, about Europe, just an observation.
