Ministerial updates

Prime Minister/FA - Jamesw:
“CP: The last few days have seen some interesting deployments by us, notably in the French dictatorship and fighting for the USA against Hungary. This has all been explained, and is actually quite interesting! As well as that, there's been rumblings that something big is going down, so we'll wait and see if that pans out - if it does, it'll be almost as interesting as the USA invasion. If not, then we don't lose out on anything anyway. The majority of my time over the past few days has been securing things that'll be useful next month, but, I haven't been thinking too far ahead! Conversations with our allies have been fruitful, and it's basically resulted in us being deployed by pretty much all of our MPPs - which is great for us, but also, ensures that we have access to a ton of air rounds. Other than that, general housekeeping has been taking place, giving mongress their message to moan in, winding up end of term summaries etc etc.

MoFA - An interesting few days, summarised best within this aritcle: erepublik.com/en/article/2670762

The incoming French government has promised me a big thank you article for all the troops who deployed, so we'll wait and see if they retreat from that promise, or actually give some well deserved thanks to us filthy rosbifs. Outside of that, Australia nearly committed suicide but didn't, as usual 2-3 countries have approached us for training wars, and, the awkward pacifica-asteria relationship that sees them support each other in some wars, then fight against each other in others continues. It may come to a head, but, as stated in the article listed above, it's probably much more likely that the US will agree to some humiliating concessions to try and get peace with Asteria, and then get their support, but I don't think it's going to be quick, easy, or likely. We'll see!”

Minister of Finance - Huey George & Spite:
“The MoF has continued with the recording our daily snapshots of the economy eUK to add to the long-term records and managing our Government and BoE Trust Monetary Market Investments.”

Minister of Defence - Dave Trenga:
“During the last week MoD relased articles with orders and kept up with the rewards program. Sunday 09.00 - 11.00 british time will be the last National Strike by Dave, before stepping back as MoD.”

Minister of Home Affairs - Mr Woldy:
“Sadly this is my last update as I have tendered my resignation as MoHA, this is purely due to me not being in a position to commit the time to the role, and I feel it is better to go then pretend otherwise. But worry not! Great Scott! Will be completed over the coming weeks, although not necessarily at a regular pace as I work it around RL commitments; and Sir Jimmy remains responsible for completing guides in line with Jamesw’s policies.

As for me, I’ve indicated to cabinet that I’m only a message away from offering opinions and guidance, and will try and commit some time to getting into Congress and bashing people into doing something. We’ll see...”
