[MoHA] Interview with Director9

Dear eBelgian Citizens,

The MoHA Team presents to you the last interview of this month, this time we bring to you an national interviewee.
He is well known in our community, commander of Saligia Military Unit, congressman for Defiance, editor of “Het Vlaams Pershuis” newspaper, a proud Flemish and very a nice person. He´s Director9.

1 - Director9, please introduce your in game character to our community:
Family guy, with a minor eRep addiction. I’m Flemish, I’m proud of it, and maybe one of the reasons I’m still hanging around on eRep.


2 - With almost 3 years in this game, which events have marked you in this game? How did you see the belgian community through that timeline?
No events that left a real mark on me. Maybe the introduction of Q7s, after the initial buzz of hitting a lot harder came the sobering up. Communing wasn’t going to pull it, together with the fact that nowadays you get up 40 health/6 minutes(not counting the current week) makes supplying and the team effort that goes with it nonexistent.
I’ve only seen a decline in the community since I joined, but this decline just follows the decline(for me) of the game.


3 - Which module of the game interests you the most and why?
None. I find them all pretty shitty.
Politics : PTO is part of the game, I can understand that, but it should be counterbalanced by implemented measures to counteract, not just moving large groups around.
War : little strategy left in the game, click like mad, that’s about it.
Economy : if you didn’t invest a long time ago, good luck in setting it up these days.

4 - This month you're Congressman for Defiance, what are your personal goals for this term?
I don’t really have personal goals, it’s 5G for me and safety for the eBe community. Oh, and being a pain in the ass for everyone 🙂


5 - Tell us what´s your favorite dish, music artist/band and song:
No real favorites, but a good curry/stew, homemade pizza or BBQ can always entice me. Music wise, anything house/dance/techno style, and to really please my hearing, old acid/newbeat/retro.


6 - The world is changing fast, alliances are falling and regrouping for the future. The eBrazil, eUSA and eSpain leave Sirius and this is an alliance in imminent collapse.
What is the opinion of the Director9 in this field, what path should follow Belgium?
I´m usually one step behind in alliance knowledge, not involved at all. When I do read the media, I generally think wtf 🙂
Not sure if anything I read is the truth, or just a truth from someone’s perspective. eBe should imho remain on good terms with Poland and the UK like they have always been. With the new 10% bonus, AS might be interesting now to get distant none connected regions.


7 - Tell me the first thing that comes to your min😛
- Alliance: TWO(especially Polands domination of Europe when I started)
- Player: MaryamQ
- Sport: Snooker is the only thing I watch as a sport
- Club: Don’t go clubbing anymore, but it’d have been The Globe, now any good party will do
- Woman : Scarlett Johansson, but in general all women if I can think beyond 5 secs
- Feeling: Down

8 - Is there anything else you want to say?
I stopped playing for nearly 2 months a while ago. Struggling to stay playing it at the moment. So don’t be surprised if one day Plato marks me as Dead. I’ve lived a pretty quiet eRep life, and I’ll go just as quiet. The world is for those who have the capacity to make themselves heard, in here and in RL, not always correct but it is what it is.
