[MoHA] An update on the MoHA..

eBelgian Citizens,

I wish to start off by reminding citizens of the recently established National Health Service. Established by Dr Kawishiwi on day 2,259, it is a charity that distributes free food (up to 100 Q5 food a day) to young citizens that are level 30 or below. With that said, the NHS could really do with donations from the Belgian people to help get this going and continue its funding. It is well known that the reserves of the Belgian treasury are low, so it is up to the generosity of the Belgian people to help keep this going. All food and CC/gold donations are welcome (nothing is too small!), and can be sent to either Viridi (MoHA) or MrWonka (CP).

In addition, a message for new citizens is going under its final phases before introduction. It highlights many programs that new players can take advantage of, such as joining Awesome Boot Camp and signing up for the NHS for extra supplies. It also contains much more relevant information, as the previous new citizen's message has not been updated in many months.
