RENTAL AGREEMENT

The governments of the India, Macedonia, Croatia, Indonesia, and Bulgaria have been able to work together to arrive at a five-nation agreement that is beneficial for the citizens of all five nations.

This month, each CPs have signed the pact of rental agreement renewal:

~ The India Pact binds nations currently holding regions in India, namely Croatia, Bulgaria, Republic of Macedonia, Indonesia & India.
~ All nations agree to respect the division of regions and thereby uphold a Non-Aggression Pact. Hostile Resistance Wars in one party's rented regions will not be supported by the other three.
~ All parties shall work to deter hostile actions by any nation that jeopardize the interests of each other in the region. India shall cooperate with said parties with NE & any other tactical support as necessary.
~ India will retain Maharasthtra (Fruit), North Eastern India (Iron), Jharkhand (Iron), Northern India (Fish), Rajasthan (Fruit).
~ India agrees to lease out Jammu & Kashmir (Fruit), Orissa (Deer), Bihar (Cattle) & West Bengal (Grain) to Bulgaria for a rental of 60,000 cc per month – 15,000 cc for each region.
~ India agrees to lease out Madhya Pradesh (Cattle), Uttar Pradesh & Gujarat (Fruit) to Croatia for a rental of 45,000 cc per month – 15,000 cc for each region.
~ India agrees to lease out Chattisgarh (Cattle), Andhra Pradesh (Sand), Tamil Nadu (Clay) & Kerala (Lime) to Republic of Macedonia for a rental of 40,000 cc per month – 10,000 cc for each region.
~ India agrees to lease out Karnataka (Fruit) to Indonesia. As Indonesia invited us to stay in Papua (Fruit), the region will be uncharged.
~ The rentals shall be donated to the Dictator or President of India at the start of the term.
~ The agreement shall be renewed each month if all parties consent to continue upholding the above terms.
