Join the new world

Dear citizens of the Netherlands,

Foreign affairs news is rather scarce in the Netherlands. We haven't seen weekly articles in years. This term we didn't manage to publish any news so far but that is changing right now. We'll be discussing some developments abroad in a moment but first.




This month a lot of things happened in the vicinity of our borders. Romania and MKD (Republic of Macedonia) helped the United Kingdom kick out the aggressors Croatia, Greece and Ireland. As we speak the UK is still occupied by Romania MKD and Bulgaria. These countries have started training wars with the UK. To be honest the UK traded Croatia, Ireland and Greece for Romania, MKD and Bulgaria.



Colin Lantrip 3 a wealthy and well known players in eRepublic got upset by MKD attacking a region in eUSA. Colin Lantrip 3 has offered rewards for BH and SHs stolen from MKD citizens as well as bought damage during several campaigns against MKD. Five American regions (including Alaska) are under MKD occupation as this point in time. Their war will most likely know intense battles in the near future.



France currently enjoys training wars with MKD, Bulgaria and Slovenia.

Belgium is occupied by (ROC) Taiwan who have been their training war partner for several months. A few days ago Croatia decided to attack and they now hold Wallonia and border our country. Croatia has not proposed an attack on our country at the moment but the government is monitoring the situation.

Denmark is currently involved in a training war with Estonia (our former TW partner) and Germany. These friendly countries surrounding our borders provided us with some extra protection.

On our northern border Norway who continually faces PTO threats (political take overs) has training wars with Romania and Poland. Their presence in the region also allows for our allies to help our country in times of need.



Finland has been under enemy occupation for a while now. After reaching out to the Minister of Foreign Affairs in Finland, jerq he told us the following.

"This current conflict roots back to the summer of 2017, when Finland took part in an operation against Turkey along with Poland and Russia. Back then Finland stayed in Turkey for about five months. Apparently this caused quite a grudge against Finland in Turkey.

About 5 months ago Turkey managed to land to Lapland. With help from Bulgaria (our TW partner at that time), Turkey was contained to just one region for couple of months. With determination rising in Oulu (region held by BG), eventually Turkey managed to gain more regions, eventually all of our regions. At a later stage Turkey brought Hungary and Thailand to Finland."



The Netherlands dropped Mutual Protection Pacts (MPPs_ with Russia and Portugal after governmental discussions on spending and management of allied damage in our training war with Germany. Foreign relations between the Netherlands and both Portugal & Russia have improved of the past few months due to damage coordination of more intensive interaction between members of the governments.

Currently we have MPPs with our allaince friend Canada and the United Kingdom.
