Join the new world

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is launching the interview program as a way to perhaps bridge the gap between us and our allies and enemies. Hopefully you will find it to your liking.
First of all, many thanks to Aaron Mark Daniels , the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Kingdom, for replying in such haste to my little questionnaire, I am sure the citizens of eIreland will appreciate it as much as I do.

Now without further delay, on to the interview! 😃



1) First off, for our newer players: Could you please tell me in your view how has the eUKs relationship with eIreland progressed, and where it stands right now?
- From what I understand the relationship between Ireland and UK has not always been stellar in eRepublik. However nowadays I would genuinely say Ireland are one of our closest allies *geographically AND politically). Since I was CP in July last year, and we both faced invasion from Argentina and the like, I believe we have been strong and worked together and have became the best of drinking buddies 😉

2) What are eUKs hopes for the future?
- The world and indeed the eUK is in a difficult situation right now. My hopes for the future of the eUK is that we can gain some stability. We have been attacked for most of what I can remember, and I have been playing about a year and a half now. We want peace, stability, and good allies, and to provide a prosperous future.

3) A lot of people are wondering, what is the story with the eUK and eFrance?
- Ah the good old hate/hate relationship with France. We are on opposite sides of the alliances, they are jealous because we make better cheese than them (Cathedral City boys!), and it is very much one of those relationships that will always be hostile. At the moment though we alright 😉

4) What are your thoughts on the currently existing alliances? Would you like to be a part of one/some of them?
- The alliances show great potential. We are confident in our allies in PLUTO however and whatever happens from this point onwards, we wish to remain friendly with the people that have treated us so well over the last year.

5) The UK in real life has a pretty immortal Queen from what we have seen so far. Do you guys have someone like that in game as well? 🙂
- Long Live the Queen seems to be a literal statement 😃
In game, we have the gracious King Woldy, Our elected Constitutional Dictator and king looooong before that. He's pretty rad.

6) Do you think that Leprechauns are real, and why is your answer yes?
- 'Hides pot of gold' Can't say I've ever seen one...
