[MoF] Q1 Food Company Subsidy

Day 5,385, 19:26 Published in Canada Canada by Canadian Ministry of Finance

In light of Wilhelm's recent article regarding Working As Manager (WaM) in Food Raw Material companies (FRM). We think it is important to remind everyone NOT to work in any FRM companies since there is a cost to production.

When one WaMs, one pays a work tax that is currently 1% of the average salary paid. Today's average salary is 3733 CAD. Therefore when you WaM you pay 37.33 CAD.

In eCanada, the most FRM one gets from a company is 2.5 units (from a Hunting Lodge). Which are only worth 0.02 CAD in today's worldwide FRM market flooded with hundreds of thousands of units being sold at 0.01 CAD each. Therefore you have a net loss of 37.31 CAD for every FRM company you WaM.

Save your cash, don't pay the tax and make sure you use the daily 25 FRM you get from missions. FRM market is already saturated with offers at 0.01 CAD that nobody is buying and your storage will fill up with FRM in a few months if you don't pay attention.

In order to assist eCanadian citizens who might be struggling with storage capacity due to FRM pilling up, our Congress has approved the following Q1 food company subsidy program. The program is meant to assist those unable to spend the daily 25 FRM to build more food companies so that they can use it.

In order to receive the subsidy please follow these steps:

1) Comment in this article indicating how many Q1 food companies you will build. This program will fully subsidize up to a maximum 6 Q1 food companies per citizen.

2) Build your Q1 food companies like so :

3) Take a screenshot that includes the GREEN CONFIRMATION MESSAGE in the bottom left corner of your screen. Example below :

4) Send the screenshot via PM to Napoleon54, Mann551 or Kippers.

5) Wait for subsidy. The government will refund the amount between 10 to 60 gold spent by the citizen by the CC equivalent via donation.

This program will be available for two weeks (Day 5,400) starting today in order to allow visibility and time for citizens to decide how they want to tackle the FRM issue. We will be looking at similar program for Q2 food company upgrades during Black Friday discounts if necessary.
