Dear eBe Citizens,

Myself and Mr. Wonka have been contacted by Dr Kawishiwi who would like to thanks eBelgium with the help we provided after the stealing of their treasury by providing a “National Healthcare System” like what is currently done in the United Kingdom.

The principle is a little bit different than what you might have experienced with the citizen packs however. A form would have to be filled in and afterward, based on your daily food consumption, you would receive an equivalent amount of food (with a cap of 100 Q5 food per day). So for instance if you ate 30 food during one day, you would receive 30 Q5 food. This will be checked through the experience gained every day.

Due to the current lack of income (we cannot even pay 2 MPP per month), the state has been forced to close most of his programs. We would really like to thanks Dr Kawishiwi for his benevolent offer that will help to partially replace the former programs.

This program will be limited to the eBelgians of level 30 and less because the main purpose is to help the young citizen to progress in the first steps of the game.
