[MOF] Congress tax and Financial update

Dear citizens,

First of all congratulations to all newly elected congressmembers.
This article to keep track of whom of the congressmembers has paid their congresstax and who still has to pay it.
As stated in our laws, its best to donate a minimum of 50% of ur congressgold to the state.
More is always welcome.

For congress members who have not payed we keep asking to do this. Because without your Congress Tax payment you risk to come on the black-list for congress, and your future candidacy can cause problems.

Now and small financial update:
We have been working on getting some stocks back, however this costs alot of nlg. So we are running low on NLG, therefore we had to print extra NLG so that we wouldnt go below our minimumstock.
The taxes also have been raised to counter these costs and to make sure that in the future we dont run low on money.
