The 3rd eNorway Q1 House Lottery (or where to party next?)

The 2nd Norwegian Q1 Lottery was an big success with a lot of participants. The winner was Major Lee Hung, and the whispering shoutouts throughout the regions gathered all of us eNorwegians together for a little surprise party for him, celebrating both him and his new house. The last party participant didn't leave the battlefield until the next day, Ive been told.



Big party, big head and a big headache!

First of all Major, we`ve to say sorry for that broken ancient greek vase. It was a accident, and to be honest, it was a little bit retro, a man in your position should furniture with more fancy, modern design stuffs (just suggesting - after all we do talk about a real Q1 house). And remember, we DID pay for the pizza and all the beer!

Nevertheless!
The last Q1 House Lottery was a success, but (where to party next) whom will be the winner in next lottery? To participate is very easy, you all can do! But there are some rules to be followed. Here they are:

1) Anyone in the e-world can enter.
2) Endorse this article for 100 NOK to buy your ticket.
3) Shout this article (with proof) for an additional chance to win in the drawing(s). (This is limited to 1 shout per each Q1 house drawing.)
4) As many Q1 houses will be given away (currency equivalent donated) as the endorsements will cover, so your odds of winning are never ridiculous
5) Entrance will be open until the end of Day 3535?.
6) The winner will be chosen in a random drawing.



We will seek track of shouts we do see, and we'll vote shouts that we see. There's no guarantee we'll see every shout, so please PM Joshua a screenshot of your shout or post a link in the comments.
