After two-three hours of discussion between the Chinese/NK and the Japanese government, we finally reached an agreement. We have decided to give them Hamyong out of good faith. In return, in a few days after the Congress elections they agreed they will return Hamyong to us and re-open meetings discussing Hamyong and other regions then.




China/NK has decided to RW Hamyong because of all the chaos and the opposition in Japan which surrounded Pyongyang. We fulfilled our deal by returning Ryanggang despite opposition to do otherwise (even though the Congress is currently voting in favor with Alfred Ball's decision). However, we will NOT be returning Hamyong and we expect China/NK to keep their end of the deal. We will be backing this with force if necessary.

Day 1216


The original deal between the Japanese government and the Chinese government (and the NK government represented by MeiFawAn) is that we NE them only and RW in the case that we annex all territories. Later on through discussions, the Chinese government agreed to let us have Hamyong.
