Dear citizens of the eNetherlands,

The Netherlands has proposed a Natural Enemy Law on Germany, after an agreement has been reached with both Poland and Germany to have ourselves additional battles. The basis rules are as follow (slight variations might be applicable depending on circumstances):

1. The Training War will happen in regions of Southern Netherlands & North-Rhine Westphalia.

2. Germany will win all Direct Battles directed at North-Rhine Westphalia and Netherlands all directed at Southern Netherlands (aka ''pingpong war''). Ideally, these battles start around ''day change'' (9:00 AM).

3. Poland will be restricted to Northern and Eastern Netherlands, to ensure a continuous border between Southern Netherlands and North-Rhine Westphalia.
