我們正面對三線戰場，日本NE 要拿下，南朝鮮起義要鎮壓這兩場不解釋了

我想說一下鎮壓日本東北起義這場

大家該有注意到我們已放了四國、關東、中部，目標是把全日本的地放一次，再NE 打回一次，以把殖民地的決心值歸零洗白，當中放地和打回的順序和時間點是加入了殖民地的接壤點(對方可向第三國提NE，我們收地會不好收)、資源地和連結為考量點，每一個安排都是絲絲入扣的

三月時我們洗南朝鮮時就在放三四塊後引來了歪果仁來亂開，雖然被亂後也只是掉半天資源，但放地洗白的事乃我國內政，加上有軍事上的考量，絕不容歪果仁說三道四，而今天的東北地區起義正是被亂開的(計劃是放九洲)，所以在下謹代表國防部決定鎮壓這場起義，以建立國家威信 o7

We are facing three fronts and I expected all of you would understand why we need to victories on SKRW and JPNE.

As you may know, we have released Shikoku, Kanto, Chubu in the last few days as we are resetting bonus. All releasing and taking back orders have taken the sharing borders, bonus and linkage into my consideration and every steps affect each other.

While Tohoku is not an official releasing region.

In March 2014, we reset South Korea and there were some RWs opened not according to my order. Releasing regions for reset bonus is related to military considerations and SHOULD NOT be controlled by non-official order. Therefore, I hereby decided to suppress this RW in order to earn the respect. o7
