First off, since this is going to be the first citizen orders issued, I will have to tell you what they are. Citizen orders are normally used by governments to coordinate their citizens’ fights to get maximum damage. Since we are at peace in Belgium, we will instead be using these to notify you of the Training Wars (give you a link to it, tell you when it will end and, if it has ended, when the next one is expected to start).
