Well this was inevitable... The day has finally come when I will be signing from this position (one way or another xD). I am very proud and honored to have been appointed as the Minister of Defense of the Philippines and remained as such for 3 months. My intention was to serve the people the best I could and help all of our allies. How much I succeeded is another subject.
