[MoCH] New Empress of eJapan!

This has been the closest Empress Day yet, extending the voting 2 days and from a tie to a three way tie, but a new Empress was finally chosen after 34 votes. For a while there Hinata Hyuuga took the lead with 6 votes, but was soon tied by Ayumu "Osaka" Kasuga, creating the tie that first extended Empress Day. During the extension, Homura came from FOUR votes to 7 gaining 3 votes making it a three way tie after Hinata and Ayumu each gained another vote. This three way tie brought another extension, with Ayumu gaining another 2 votes, but just couldn't keep up with the under dog that took the lead in the final day gaining yet another 3 votes bringing a total of 10 votes for the win.

I believe there was a total of 4-5 campaigning articles for some of the nominations, making this Empress Day the most participated and campaigned to date, along with the first 3 way tie to extend the voting. Sorry for the late article release I was unexpectedly kept away from my PC, but finally, here is the new Empress of eJapan....

A smart, graceful, athletically-talented girl. Cool if not chilly, her personality even can even be seen in her posture. Her primary ability is to stop time, all her other abilities and attacks seem to come from non-magical items, such as firearms and bombs. Her time manipulation device can also allow her to travel back in time, act as a shield, and seems to act as a limitless storage facility. She seems to be a magical girl, but there are a lot of mysteries surrounding the way she acts.
