[MoC] A small clarification [Eng+Heb]

אז,זה כבר חודש שני שאני פותח עם משרד התקשורת בתור שר,בנתיים,לא קיבלתי אף תודה,אף מחמאה,שום דבר,קיבלתי רק תלונות

"נו למה אין תרגום מה הבעיה שלכם לתרגם" "
"זו הפעם האחרונה שאני שולח אליכם תרגום,אתה לא עונים"
"אם אתם יודעים שאתם לא יכולים לתרגם למה אתה בכלל מציעים שירות תרגום ? אתם עושים מאתנו צחוק "

אלו רק חלק מהתגובות שקיבלתי בפרטי ובפומבי,את השאר אני פשוט לא רוצה להזכיר פה,אז בואו ונראה,בחודש יולי משרד התקשורת החזיק 3 מתרגמים,כולם אגב כבר בתיכון,חלקם עולים לכיתה יא',וחלקם עולים לכיתה יב',זה נראה לכם הגיוני שבמשרד אשר אמור לדאוג לשירות תרגום ל-160 אזרחים פעילים יש רק 3 מתרגמים ?!

ולא רק שיש 3 מתרגמים,אלו גם שחקנים שיש להם חיים מחוץ למשחק,עזבו את זה שאני לא קיבלתי תודה,מה עם המתרגמים שקרעו ת'תחת והצליחו לתרגם את רוב הכתבות ? הם אפילו לא הוזכרו,הם רק קבלו תלונות על זה שלא תרגמו 2-3 כתבות/תרגמו כתבה באיחור של יום-יומיים

בנוסף,החודש יש רק שלושה מתרגמים (!) איפה לעזאזל נשמע דבר כזה ? שלושה אנשים שאמורים לתרגם בערך 20-30 כתבות,זה אפילו לא נשמע הגיוני,רק בשביל להראות לכם כמה זה קשה,כל המתרגמים הם מעל בני 18,חלקם מסיימים בגרויות השנה,חלקם כבר אחרי בגרויות וממשיכים ללמוד,וחלקם בכלל עובדים רוב היום

פשוט מדהים עד כמה אנשים יכולים להיות כפויי טובה,מביאים להם אצבע הם רוצים את כל היד,הציעו להם שירות תרגום חינמי אז פתאום הם גם מציבים תנאים,אז במקום לשבת ולקטר כל הזמן,תנסו להתנדב למשרד התקשורת,רק לחודש,אולי אפילו לשבועיים-שלוש,לא יותר מזה,תתחילו לעבוד במקום לקטר

Well, this is the second month that I'm opening with the ministry of communications as a minister, meanwhile I didn't get even a thanks, not a compliment, I got only complaints.

"Come on, why there is not translation, what's your problem?"
"It's the last time I'm sending a tranlation, you're not answering"
"If you know that you're not capable of translating, then why you're offering translation services? You're making a joke out of us"

Those are some of the comments I go on PMs and in public, the rest of them I don't want to even say. Let's see, on July MoC had 3 translators, they are all in highschool BTW, some of them are juniors, some of them are seniors. Does it make any sense that in a ministry that supposed to give translations services to 160 citizens has only 3 translators?!

And not only we got just 3 translators, thoses are players who got life out side of the game, forget that I didn't get any thank, what about those translators who busted their asses and managed to translate the most of the articles? They didn't get the credit they deserve, they just got complains about not translating 2 or 3 article, or translated an article after a day or two.

Additionally, this month we got only 3 translators [!] Where did you hear something like this? 3 people supposed to translate about 20 to 30 articles - it doesn't make any sense! Only for showing you how hard it is: All the translators are more than 18 year's old, some of them have Bagrut tests, some of them already finished and continue their studies, and some of them working all day long.

It is amazing how people can be so ungrateful, you give them a finger and they want the rest of the hand. They got an offer of free translation services and suddenly they got terms, so instead of sitting all day and bitching, try to volunteer to MoC, only for a month, even 3 weeks.
